Someone with a fast connection can download the entire site in 1 or 2 days. Anyone with faster than dialup can download the entire site in 30 days with no problem. The last update is dated July 26. So if you do subscribe, there is no reason to go beyond a 30 day membership. TBP says the site was launched in June 2010. The next month, July, they had already stopped updating the site.
