Bad form indeed. Had a similar thing with 21sextury, logged in from work and home within the space of a few hours and they blocked my account. Instantly received a email with a new random password and could log in again. Brazzers should do the same

But, good info, I agree it is poor form to at least not offer you a way in which you can rectify the situation.
