You are right. It's a habit for me now that I check all the videos I've downloaded (just skpi through in few minute skips and if it freezes at some point, I reload).

Here's a example i get after reporting a problem. But other then getting this automated msg nothing.

Then please eliminate the other "fill-out-the-form" feature, which USED to generate timely responses and no longer does.
Your members should not have to be mind-readers to know which forms one has to fill out to get a response this week.

A update,
Still getting way to many corrupted videos sometimes I'm able to get a few videos that play fine from start to end. Frustration is getting very ....
Anyway a few days to go until my subscription ends. Been a member for many years, always renewed my membership. My current membership was a 1 year membership and in that year for the last 5 or 6 months all i got were corrupted videos.
Made many support tickets but besides the automated responses nothing.
This all gives me a very bad feeling of being ripped ...
