Hello RustyJ,
First of all let me thank you for your continuous presence and activity, the constant feedback means a lot for us.
About this issue you've mentioned.
Despite of the common belief spreading around, the support - and me personally - struggles a lot with this problem. But the situation is a bit more difficult than it seems.
As the majority of the content providers, we also use a third party hosting service to host the huge amount of content we offer. When this service fails on the provider's part, the results show on ours, and - like in this present example - we are trapped between two fires.
We're trying to push our request through the partner, urging them toward a quick solution, while trying to help our members as good as we can, despite of the fact that not much more we can do to solve this issue.
So yes...
We are aware of the problem and the drawback it causes, and we are working hard to find a solution. We are indeed deeply sorry for the difficulties and inconveniences it causes to our members, but all we can do at the moment is to promise that we try to handle this issue as fast as possible, even if it forces us to find another CDN partner.

Thank you for your answer! It's good to hear you are working on this issue which I've somewhat learned to live with. As always, communication is very important thing and now that it's been taken care of, I'm sure things are going to be put right.

It's a answer like any other, saying nothing in fact. The problem is already taking to long, I've reported problems months ago and still nothing gets fixed. I understand that they got problems with there "third party hosting service" but to be frank this is not MY problem. As a paying member of there website they should deliver.
Also a paying member one shouldn't have to "learn to live with it".
In a few months i will have to decide to renew my membership which i have renewed every year for years. Currently it will be a NO to renewal i mean why renew, all one gets are mainly corrupted videos.

So getting tired of this
Downloaded 2 videos today (over 3 GB)and BOTH corrupt only playing playing 1 or 2 minutes and then it stops.
