I have a bit to toss in on this, too. Last two times I resubscribed, I was promised a small amount of free tokens to get any photoset(s) or video I choose. Can't remember how many or how much. Didn't matter, 'cause those "bonus" extras were promised but not delivered (didn't show up on my account).
I tried contacting their customer service, too, and didn't get any kind of reply.
After going through this twice, I decided to return the favor and I avoid the site.

Over the past 6 months, I've earned a variety of free credits and other upgrades. All have been delivered on time and as promised. I agree that tech support leaves a lot to be desired.
