Sounds more like a bug in their systems. Spam would try to sell you something, I guess.

It depends on whether the URL is really from Brazzers or not.
If the URL is genuine, then it sounds like a mistake from Brazzers.
But if the URL is not genuine, then it could be a phishing attempt to get you to visit the site and then they will ask for confidential information from you, which you might give, thinking the site was genuinely from Brazzers.
I've gotten emails from fake Ebay addresses that told me my Ebay account had a problem. When I sent those emails to Ebay support, they almost always told me the emails were spam, or phishing attempts, and that I should never click on the URL link or give any confidential information to such a site.
I also got emails from fake Chase bank addresses that told me my Chase account had a problem. Since I didn't have a Chase bank account, I automatically knew those were spam, phishing attempts.
I would send an email to the genuine Brazzer support address, with the suspect email attached, asking if the suspect message is fake or real.
The "sending" email address is not really the one to check. You want to check if the URL in the email address is genuine. The "sending" email address can easily be faked. I get spam, fake emails, which sometimes have my own email address listed as the "sending" address.
Since I know that I didn't send these emails to myself with my own email address as the "sending" address, I automatically know these are spam emails.
Spammers can play many different kinds of tricks.

I'm a long term member of Brazzer and I received a similar email from them. My account was banned and I contacted their support staff and had my account info changed and I'm back in action. I'm not sure why you would have gotten that email since you are not one of their current member unless someone is using your info to try to log in??

It's possible you have some backdoor access (no pun) you aren't aware of. I've had such access to certain sites before where your log in keeps working well after the membership expired.

id`d rather think it`S a spam (therfore i don`t answer it). when it is a bug, then all or mostly all member would have had this email.

that i am not theire current member makes me also thinking of a spam.
in my membership i had that banning too, but that was because of using a dl manager (different ip-accesses e.g.) but in the end that problem was solved with them.

I wouldn't be surprise if my password had ben hacked and that many people were using it. It's a password that I've used on more than one site for a couple of years so being banned was not necessarily a scam.

Happened to me too. But it was happening to me from RealityKings. It's strange, but hopefully it doesn't have any repercussions in the future.
I know Charlie Sheen, hope is for fools. But it's coming from you.

I don't know. Maybe it's a mixture of your logging identification and some other active passwords. then again it could have been a general email sent to many members. People like you that aren't member anymore simply deleted the email and people like me had to email their support service to get a new logging and password.

I know this is a long and forgotten, but I'd like to reply. Sorry, been living under a rock. I check to see if I still had a subscription, so I logged in, but I didn't get through. I think I chatted with them or email their customer service line and they did say they didn't know why I was getting those emails, but told me my subscription was canceled and my credit card statements assuring me that it is true.
I think it was just one of those horrible marketing scams to get me back. I haven't gone back and never got another email from them. Maybe the fact that I made sure to unsubscribe from their emails also helped.
