You may be misunderstanding the review. It says exclusive content. Which means you've probably seen the models on other sites, but the scenes and shoots they have on this site can only be seen on this site. Notice in Maggie's review exclusive notes, "Yes, these are original scenes that were new to me."

PU/TBP lists the price as $29.95/month (recurring), or $34.95 non-recurring.
My understanding is that price is not a factor when TBP gives a score. At one time price was a factor for TBP, but a decision was made years ago to drop price as a factor in scoring sites.
When I rate a site at PU, I try to include price as a factor. But that's my personal choice.
As far as I know, price is not a factor when TBP scores a site. But perhaps Khan or someone at the PU/TBP site could comment if that policy has changed.

Personally, I can't see how you cannot do that.
To exaggerate somewhat, something that is worth £10 cannot be recommended if it is being sold at £50.
I appreciate value is subjective, but I do think it has to be factored in somewhere.

Very few sites have exclusive models.
Any career model is likely to pop up at various sites from time to time.

I agree 100% with your thinking that price is one of the major factors in determining value, or how much does it cost for what your are getting.
But like I wrote, a few years ago, price was dropped as a factor in the score for a paysite by TBP.
At the same time, the TBP review often states if a site is expensive or not. Even though price is not part of the score.

You are correct, price is no longer factored in to the review score for a site.
Looking at the TBP Announcementes, Aug 2007 you'll see it mentioned.
"Cost of a site will no longer factor into a site's overall score. There was several reasons for this, such as price being very subjective based on a user's preferences and various pricing options (trials, monthly cost, video on demand, etc). So from now on, you can judge for yourself how important price is to you. The score will be based on the site's performance!"
You'll also see it mentioned in TBP's FAQ, #9 in "The Reviews" section ...
"Price is not factored into a site's overall score. The goal behind this change is to make our site ranks based solely on the overall enjoyment of the site and not have price influence the ranks. Therefore, you decide how price would affect your purchase decision. We display each site's price on most of our browse pages to make it easier for you to choose wisely."
Hope that helps.

Thanks for the clarification, Khan. I remembered that price was no longer factored into the score for a site, from years ago.
But I did not know if that policy had been changed since then. Or how to check if there was a change. Except to mention that some PU staff member might comment on the issue.
And I don't have the expertise to find facts about PU policy like you do. My mind can only hold so much, and what's in there is slowly draining out like the dish water. :)
