I guess kissing is the best turn on. I'd call "Clitoris and vaginal area" oral sex, not foreplay.

Start with the face and lips. Then progress to other areas.

REPLY TO #1 - RustyJ :
The prefix "fore" in my dictionary means "before.
And the suffix "play" notes an indirect ingenious and often cunning means to gain an end. Simply put: "free movement.
Foreplay is forplay......oral sex is just that: oral sex.
I'd have to argue that "oral sex" is a consummation of the sex act itself.....usually culminating in an orgasm or a satisfactory closure.
For the real answer, though, those inclined might pose this poll question to the gender in question.....she won't have a problem with it at all.

Kissing is king for the queen. Everything else are just details.

I favour neck and ears... I find necks particularly alluring (is that weird?) and like to explore from the nape to the pulse under the jaw - and behind the ear, of course.

Soft oral foreplay is nice. The softer gender? Some of my girlfriends have been tougher than you guys.
