When I asked for a refund for one week of no access they said they couldn't refund because they were unable to verify my complaint. I should have contacted them immediately. - Why is there an webmaster e-mail on this site if you are to contact CCBILL? Why does it nowhere say that you'd have to contact CCBILL? - And, btw, today I couldn't log back in again... So far, I had only good experiences with CCBILL. But I have changed my opinion just now. As far as the site is concerned, I would not recommend signing up to anyone. --------------- I like their content (in German). That's why I signed up with them again a week ago (had been a subscriber before). This time, however, and as I tried to sign in a day later, my username & password were denied. I checked at CCBill and sure enough, I have been billed and the information I entered was correct. One week and several e-mails (in English & German) later: Still no access and no replies whatsover.
