After a while, I got EMail from the customer support "The system has deactivated this username for data transfer over 3000 MB in one day. The username will be reactivated at midnight. Please understand that this is a necessary feature to provide fast download speeds for all members. thanks for your understanding ND support team" But I am sure that I did not download 3000MB in one day. Two days late, I was again able to login. But only for a short time. I received the same message again. And then I received another message:"The system has deactivated this username for too many logins from different IPs. This could also happen from a password trader site guessing your login. If this is the case simply email customer service to pick a username and password that is harder to guess. Please include your username, real name, email, and most importantly, subscription number. thanks for your understanding ND support team" I tried to contact the customerservice about 10 times. I even tried to send EMail from 3 different EMail adresses because I thought, the answer of the customer support get stucked in a junk mail filter.I never got an answer. I never got a new password. I did not share my password with other people. I think, my password was hacked. But it is not the customers problem if the paysites are not safe! So I am really angry! I paid for three months but I could only login for a few days. Reply To Comment

Msg # User Message Date 1 troglodite (Suspended) I was a member of this network for over 2 years thanks to one of those enticing "wait don't cancel - we'll give you access for just $9.95 a month!" deals. One day I logged in to find the same problem. However - my support request was answered relatively quickly (within a day or so) after which they reset my password. It does beg the question as to what kind of security they've got going on. I certainly never gave my password out anywhere, yet it was still "hacked", which is worrysome, but to their credit - they fixed the problem quickly and I never had an issue again. 07-17-07  02:32pm Reply To Message 2 bjorn7 (0) I have joined this site a few times in the past under the name AllSitesAccess. I hate the fact that they limit downloads on a daily basis. There is so much content that with the limits they put up you'd have to be a member for a year and a half to try to download it all. This does not make a member want to remain and caused me to cancel quickly. If they'd lift the download restrictions I'd rejoin and stay for a while because they have a lot of content I'd like to get.
