After a while, I got EMail from the customer support "The system has deactivated this username for data transfer over 3000 MB in one day. The username will be reactivated at midnight. Please understand that this is a necessary feature to provide fast download speeds for all members. thanks for your understanding ND support team" But I am sure that I did not download 3000MB in one day. Two days late, I was again able to login. But only for a short time. I received the same message again. And then I received another message:"The system has deactivated this username for too many logins from different IPs. This could also happen from a password trader site guessing your login. If this is the case simply email customer service to pick a username and password that is harder to guess. Please include your username, real name, email, and most importantly, subscription number. thanks for your understanding ND support team" I tried to contact the customerservice about 10 times. I even tried to send EMail from 3 different EMail adresses because I thought, the answer of the customer support get stucked in a junk mail filter.I never got an answer. I never got a new password. I did not share my password with other people. I think, my password was hacked. But it is not the customers problem if the paysites are not safe! So I am really angry!
