I'm not a member. There are sites where a reply from technical support can take forever, and this might be one of those sites.
I suggest contacting the billing company and reporting your experience. Ask for a refund, since you clearly deserve one. If the billing company is reputable, they should refund your membership fee for the last month.
If you don't get a refund from the billing company, you should contact the credit card company you used to pay for this membership. And the credit card company should give you a refund, based on what you explained in your comment (that you paid for a membership, and then were locked out, and you got no help from technical support).
