a simple question?

hello there
this is my first post here, so go easy on me, please. I thought I'd ask here because you seem like friendly, helpful people. My question is about the support at 21st Sextury. I have asked them a few questions in the last year or so, but whenever I try to access the 'ticket' to view the solution or make a supplementary comment the link they provide (via email) sends me to the Network homepage. How do I see these tickets? Sorry if it's a dumb question. Many thanks.

GCode (0) It is doing the same thing for me when I tried. The ticket system appears to be powered by an outside company, so it may be a problem on their end. The webmaster sometimes replies here, so maybe he/she will see this and let you know what's going on. But, to give u clarity, you are not the only one experiencing this.

RustyJ (Suspended) I never really use the site supports anymore unless I really have to. I have just had too many non response experiences.

21Sextury webmaster however frequents this site and usually pops in to give an answer quite soon if your question is of general nature.

Hello Guys,

Really sorry for the late reply, got tangled up by all the kinkiness around adult industry. :) Nevertheless, I'm here now and more than ready to reply.

Unfortunately the inability to check or comment an existing ticket through the ticketing system is a valid issue which we try to resolve. As someone correctly pointed out above, our ticketing system is powered by Zendesk. It is a great service but it has some limitations we are trying to work around at this very moment.
Until then, further comments can be added by simply replying on the confirmation mail. This reply will be added to a given ticket and we will see it in our system.

I'm pretty sure that we will have a solution somewhere in the middle of the next week. I'll keep you updated about the topic.
