Odd ... some of our regular users who've recently reviewed the site didn't seem to have any problems with downloads.

Absolutely no problem downloading when i was there and that was only 2 months ago, although i can't speak for the rest of the network as i only had single site access to YLP. They had a couple of issues with download speed on a couple of occasions which made the site almost unusable but that only lasted the odd evening or two.

This seems odd and isn't something that I encountered. I did have a problem but that more with the biller than the site. I think the site owner / webmaster checks in here once in a while and he was certainly helpful with me. I'm fairly sure that the technical help you're emailing is probably a third-party because they really didn't hrlp me either, but once I posted my concerns here the webmaster jumped in and fixed things. I hope that happens for you too.
I hope this gets fixed for you because these are great sites. The models are amazing and the technical stuff is great too. But I do know how frustrating it can be to pay for a membership and not get access.

I'm a full member of Diesel at the moment haven't had any problems downloading the movies at all, it's a shame you have heard nothing back from their support though :(

Yeah this is a strange one, I too didn't have any problems with the recent visit I had to the site, all downloads were fast enough, I couldn't complain and support was good. I hope you get the problem resolved quickly.
