I got mine pretty much immediately. You should have got an email from support@ccbill confirming the subscription and another from DieselAccess with your login codes.

Have you check a spam folder, sometimes legit emails get put there somehow. Should get them within 15 mins at the very longest, should be a minute or so or instant.

I got the acess codes yesterday. Took about 8 hours. Lot of good videos. But my browser tends to lock up when I try to go past page 20.

Good that you got them in the end, did they say why it took 8 hours, yeah it will hopefully be worth the wait for you with the great videos.
Never heard of the problem with the browser though not working and freezing, was it ok on other websites, is it your PC causing it, it shouldn't be anything to do with the number of pages I wouldn't think you were on, maybe a browser glitch, did you have other tabs open. Have you tried a different browser.

My browser would also lock up when viewing the videos there. I got very selective about what I'd view and where I'd go. Maybe it's a RAM problem, as I've only got 1GB, running XP. But still, it's an uncommon occurrence in my experience.
Yet it's not the only site that hogs RAM. Have had that problem with Aziani just viewing gallery pages.

With the risk of getting yet another - what do you call it in English - "reprimand" from the webmaster of the Diesel Media I got this input:
It's a damn shame with those access problems - a deal that'd make me turn away - fast and furious...and ask: WHY??
BUT: I've been browsing the content of both Young Legal Porn and 18 Only Girls - and that content looks better and better.
I want to join again - one of these two sites - but I'd like to get some answer to Jents input here - from the webmaster...
When I join and pay for a site, I think it's obvious that you get access without delay...

I am very sorry to hear it took 8 hours and I understand your frustration :(
In some cases,(about 5%), mail with login details stuck on the way to client and we have to resend it manually, which solves the problem. The problem comes from client's mail providers since they always try to add anti-spam filters and rules changes very often.
Now, we decided to give a client an option to fill a password on the join page, while he is signing up. This way new clients will log in straight away. I believe it will be within few weeks.
Regarding your second issue, we never received any similar complain and we didn't manage to replicate the problem. I will run a proper research on Monday about that. Anyway, if you experience any issues, you can always ask our support, they are very helpful and quick.

I hate to say it but 1 GB RAM is indeed quite low these days. Those modern stream players require at least a bit more for a smooth play.
I think you would be fine with watching all scenes on 360p and just download what you like.
Not sure if you were a member when we released the last version of our stream player where you can switch resolution from 360p to 1080p, just select what works best for you.
This is how our latest player looks like:

In the play bar, from the right side, you can see the switchers between available resolutions.

I hate when access issues happen, we always talk about it and try to minimize i :( but we will find solution to those 5% very soon. In most cases, new members receive accesses within few minutes.
And indeed, our content is getting better and better in a mad speed! Please come back soon, I am sure you will love it.

Thanks for the response. It's too bad that I'm so kind to my computer that it hasn't broken down enough to merit replacement with something further along in the matrix of code-bloat-begets-hardware-updates, but eventually a replacement will be necessary.
Or I could just update the RAM ;)
