Well, it's a site operated by same people that operate Brazzers and your review reminds me of some comments I've heard about them. Never joined any site of theirs so I cannot really comment further.

Wow thanks for this info and your review, it does leave rather a bad taste in your mouth when customer service is like this, I often been tempted by the playboy site but to be honest, so few positive reviews and I can never see much of a preview first to see much I've always avoided actually joining, I'll now take off my to join list though after hearing this.
Its a shame cause they could be big players in bringing together a really good website of all the stuff they have done in the past.

Wow, thanks for this review - definitely an eye-opener, and definitely a site I will never consider joining thanks to your warning. I think it's a scandal how sites can get away with false advertising and how members don't have a leg to stand on.
Sounds like the only good thing to come out of your membership is that you have been kind enough to warn other people - so thank you.

Really appreciate the warning. Who is the 3rd party biller that acts so unprofessionally?...I think I want to avoid them also.

I think the billing company deals with a lot of nasty people so they are probley not very patient but still it was not fair to be treated this way.

Well im signed up to twistys and im happy with that site. lots of content but then again I never tried to cancel before lol
The best site i ever joined in terms of customer service was FTV Girls. I told them how much i like dance videos and 1 month later every other update had dance videos and he told me thank you for the feedback and hes going to add more scenes.
Its a really swell company.
