Absolutely no support, if something goes wrong you are on your own

A couple months ago I cancelled my membership, which means that at the end of the paid term you can no longer access the premium content.

Despite the fact my membership was cancelled, RK are still charging me for each month that passes! Yet I can not access any of the premium content.

I have sent several emails to both of the support email addresses provided. Almost a week has passed and I have still not had a response.

My advice is to be cautious when you consider giving RK your custom because if something goes wrong, you are on your own.

 elephant (0) Contact the payment provider, least they answer and will be able to refund you if you cancelled and are still being charged or do Reality Kings now do the payment providing themselves?
