Hello Mojododo!
I'm very sad to hear about these problems. There is one more solution I can think of in this very moment. Please be so kind and check out if javascript is enabled in your browser, that may cause this type of crash.
If the problem still persists, please open a ticket in our zendesk ticket system. Feel free to mention my name, I've already let our support department know about the issue, they will investigate it for you.
We will compensate you for the lost time, naturally. Thanks again for letting us know about the problem.

Javascript was enabled when I had the problem. I just tried it with javascript disabled, site says javascript must be enabled for full functionality, and of course, nothing worked with javascript off. Turned it on, and same issue applies. I've already raised a ticket, and also sent an email to the help line. No reply yet. But thanks for helping.

A few things I can think of:
Have you tried clearing your browser(s) cache and cookies?
Their site uses a lot of Adobe® Flash, are you running the latest version? Is your browser up-to-date? Is your Virus Protection up-to-date? (I recommend Avast!, it is free.)
Have you got a software firewall? It might have incorrectly deemed 21 Sextury as a dangerous site.
I'm not sure what country you are hailing from, but is it possible your country or ISP is blocking the site? If so, a anonymous proxy server could solve your problem.
This one will sound stupid, unless it works: Have you completely shut down your computer, let it rest for a few minutes, and then restarted it?
I can verify that the site is currently up and working for me. I'm in New York State, running Google Chrome v. 23.

Good advice from Toadsith especially the bit about your country but not for the reasons he stated. I know that if you happen to try and access the site from Hungary it wont work, there may be other countries that they have blocked. Sore point for me as I hoped to enjoy my membership while in Budapest but they blocked me for the week :(

Thanks for trying to help, my response below.
Have you tried clearing your browser(s) cache and cookies?
A: Check!
Their site uses a lot of Adobe® Flash, are you running the latest version? Is your browser up-to-date? Is your Virus Protection up-to-date? (I recommend Avast!, it is free.)
A: Yes, yes, and yes!
Have you got a software firewall? It might have incorrectly deemed 21 Sextury as a dangerous site.
A: Nope, no firewall
I'm not sure what country you are hailing from, but is it possible your country or ISP is blocking the site? If so, a anonymous proxy server could solve your problem.
A: Nope, the site works and I can log-in. But any attempts to download or view anything gets me a session error, then I have to log-in again. Sometimes I get randomly booted out to the log-in screen even just clicking things like search or the tabs on top. If the site is blocked in my country or by my ISP I wouldn't have gotten that far.
This one will sound stupid, unless it works: Have you completely shut down your computer, let it rest for a few minutes, and then restarted it?
A: Just did this, same problems.
Basically tried all the steps above, still no help. 21sextury wrote back, saying it's basically my problem because my IP address keeps changing and that's my problem. I explained there's nothing I can do about my IP address, and if he can't help me then I should get a full refund. No word yet.

Hi BadMrFrosty, so I guess you were on the road and it just didn't work in Hungary. I assume it works when you're back home?

Ah, the non-static IP address problem (you running on a satellite connection?) - I hadn't thought of that. A proxy server actually could help you in that case, as they will present the site with a static IP address and then port all the content back to you. It is unfortunate that 21 Sextury's security can't handle non-static IPs as a certain number customers will never be able to use their site then.
(Note: This might not work, I tried a few times and it didn't get past login...) If you want to try the proxy sever solution, go to Proxy4Free.com and select one of servers from their list of "15 Random With Highest Rating" (as you aren't looking to be from a specific country). It will pull up the proxy server's page, whereupon somewhere on that page will be a text bar to enter the 21sextury.com/login" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">login page for 21 Sextury.
If that doesn't work for you, or seems sketchy, you could use a paid Virtual Private Network (VPN) service that would provide you with a static IP and you'd have the security of knowing who you are porting your data through.

That's a bit odd, since like a third of the models on the site are from Hungry. They worried about people from home recognizing their daughters?

Nope, the proxy server thing didn't work. I can't get dropdowns to work, so basically can't download anything again. I have an issue with having to pay more (like for a VPN) to get a paid service to work. They're a business that delivers content over the Internet, for crying out loud, certainly they would have thought about this?
What's more infuriating is that I get absolutely no response since from their customer service, be it in terms technical help or on my request for a refund. I've paid good money and got nothing in return, nothing works. Their high-tech, IP-detecting server would be able to tell I downloaded nothing from the site, so I should get my refund.
Does anyone have any idea who I can write to? Like the site owner or someone who will address this?

Sorry and to answer your question, no it's not a special satellite connection. It's just a regular ISP who also sells me cable TV services.

I agree, you really shouldn't have to go through the hassle and this is a problem they should resolve. I'll admit you'd be a bit crazy to get a VPN service, but I figured I'd suggest everything.
You could try starting an email dialogue with their webmaster linked on this site, Sandstone, as they might not be interested in discussing particulars in an open forum like this. You can email them through Porn Users.
