Cleared my history and cache but still get the error message "your session has expired, contact our support team with the error message 'tsmhd.AUTH_TEST.DB(tsmhd).LOCALSTATUS'" whenever I try to visit that site. All the other sites on the network come up just fine.

Is that when you're trying to log in, or is it the website in general? If you try and visit their preview area, for example, does that work? If not, maybe try and reboot your router. But if it's just the member's area, then thanks for the heads-up.

You want to go back to your email and copy and paste the url for the membership and login again there. I'm currently a member and the site is working for me. It does this after you login session expires and its hard to get back in from that page so I recommend using the membership url again, should work.

I advise you to close all your browsers. Then delete ALL cookie-files.
And then try to acces the MAIN page of the paysite you have subscription on once again.

Have a membership for the whole network. Tried deleting cookies and did exactly what you suggested, still can't access Teen Sex Mania, the only site on the network I can't access. My question to you is why can everyone else go to that site but not me? And why is customer service ignoring me? They answered my initial email but sent them another one 4 days ago and haven't heard nothing back. Not too impressed.

Still can't access Teen Sex Mania. Sent THREE more tickets 25 hours ago, 1 the regular way, 1 under the report bugs icon and 1 using regular email. Know what? STILL NO RESPONSE! That's 7 tickets in just as many days. I'm as polite as can be during my inquiries so I don't know why your "support team" keeps blowing me off. I also made a topic on your user forum, I noticed that if ANYONE posts a problem with the network, your admins are the first to reply gladly assisting customers with issues. My topic? Not a word. No assurance, no apology, no "we're working on it," NOTHING!
I can't believe that this is how your company treats a paying customer. Your support team is blatantly ignoring me, your admins are ignoring me, and apparently now you are too, guess you have nothing else to say on this matter and have NO desire to try to assist this customer. Took my money and ran. This is, without a doubt the biggest joke of a network I ever joined and I will NEVER spend another penny on your company. I'm also demanding a full refund for false advertising, I'm not getting the FULL product as advertised. I hope you realize how bad this is making your company look, especially here on Porn Users, not very smart business sense. Hope people read this and decide to join Nubiles or FTVGirls instead of this shady network.
