That's a problem common to all the sites in the Met Art network.
Years ago, before Met Art became a network, I could look at the thumbnails of the covers and see what the models looked like.
Now, I have to open each gallery individually, to get a clear idea of what the model looks like.
Not as convenient, takes much more time and effort.

Looks like corporate-style conformity is winning the day in the Met-Art empire.
I used to like the way photos were named at Errotica-Archives (one of the subject feifdoms): an "m" was tacked onto the end if it was "medium" size, and an "l" or and "e" if it was, respectively, "large" or "extra-large."
But now, as so often happens in times imperial, a singular convention has prevailed, so if I want to mix medium- and large-sized pictures in file number order, I can't just chuck out an "m" and put the "l" in its place, now that those attributes have to appear before the file number.
Petty, I know. But only if you're a fan of the content ... and there's plenty of that.
