More secure for me has always meant so secure I would have trouble accessing the site. Also making you enter your password over and over for "security" is extremely annoying. Like TSA searching for your pocket comb at the airport, I am extremely cynical it does any good, but is very annoying and makes some sites almost unusable.
Those who will hack will hack and just enjoy the extra challenge.

We already know that the government knows our porn passwords and secretly criticizes our taste in porn so the only potential failing to using your own password is that you pick something so blatantly obvious that your grandma could hack into the site using your login info. Otherwise, all these troubling security features like assigned passwords and captcha's are just theater that do little to stop true hacking threats.

I much prefer picking my one in large part because some sites don't allow you to access the page where their generated password is located so you need another web page opened on your email to see the password. The other annoying thing is that their password is often really complicated so remembering it is hard for me.

I prefer my own password. While we're on the subject, however, the security procedures set up by a site drive me nutz. Capcha is one. Complex passwords is another.
I'm good with security for financial sites but Porn sites???

I put 12345 or use the name Password
Works great every time.
I'd not care really as most sites log IPs and would know if I was compromised. Not a big deal really. I use a generic I use for all adult type sites.

Happy to use an assigned one and then just use the "remember me" option. I rarely stay a member more than a month at a time anyway, so I'd never remember one I made up any better unless I compromised security further by using one I use on another site.

I rather have good security than some low shit that is unsafe etc etc..
