That sneaky tactic of allowing searches to come up I thought was poor business practices. I too saw a few tasty bites I thought were cool.
Only to find out was not part of the deal.
I am not a big fan of how this site runs,they rely on parlor tricks like prechecked and tricky links and searches. Support was pour and never responded ever to inquires.
It is why my review was an 81, they lost ten points for deceptive searches, and surfing and crosschecks. A good site does not have to resort to tricks if the content is good.

I still give them lots of credit for keeping all of their old stuff up as you mentioned. Actually, not only have they never removed shoots for being old, but somehow they don't seem to ever have removed a single shoot. This is impressive. They must push hard to keep them up, or have an ironclad contract with models. Sites this large that have been around for so long usually had at least a handful of shoots that had to be removed at the model's request.

I agree with the sneakiness. I turned off the 21seXtreme, but the scenes continued to show up. Can only believe it is a sells gimmick as I believe I said in my review.
The content, the quantity and quality is what sold me. I love lesbian and solo scenes and that means lots of lovely women and they have the best.

I know I have downloaded scenes I already own from previous subscriptions, but I'm doing a little better at giving them file names that will help me find them and placing them in folders that separate them into categories. Those old shoots stand up, both models and photography.

I continue to dislike their business practices. my long standing beef is when I became eligible to access all their sites (the progressive site addition technique) only to have them change their business model and renege totally on about 60% of the sites.
I also dislike the teaser practice that many have brought up (it wqs added after I quit the site in disgust).
However, their content has always been at or near the top of the trade and, again based on comments by other PU's, remains among the best.
The current PU price of $14.95 is extremely tempting so I may decide to join up again. I'll still be pissed but at least I know I'll have to be very careful and avoid every gimmick.

I'm a current member and I can't say that I've had the search problems you have. I only get scenes that are from the Networks I have checked, and actually like the fact that I can *optionally* check-in networks I don't have access to just to see the trailers of those scenes in case any interested me. But none show up for me when they are not checked so I don't know why you are having this issue.
Also surprised to see the negativity and gimmick comments. I have no problem w/ the opinion I just don't agree. I can't think of a better site really in overall quality and value. They are a business of course trying to make money as all must, but I haven't seen anything I'd call remotely gimmicky.
Out of curiosity for those who left in "disgust". What sites have you found to be more worth your time/money? I'd be happy to move to something else too if it really was better.

Hi,
First of all, thank you for the good and detailed review Biker.
I'd have a few comments only, regarding the technical issues you mentioned in the 'cons' section.
1. I believe you shouldn't call the mentioned issue a 'gimmick' as there can be a confusion only. If you go to our Scenes page and remove the check mark from 21Sextreme, the filtering tool won't list scenes from that network if you search for specific scenes, categories.
Secondly, I don't think it's a problem if you see scenes from the different networks. If you like them, you may interested in that network too.. if not, simply ignore them. Nobody forces you to sign up the additional networks.
2. The quality of the older scenes:
As you've mentioned we have huge amount of scenes and many has been shot before the HD era. We're continuously re-converting the old scenes so this 'issue' will disappear soon.
3. The technical problem with the photosets: There can be a local issue or a setup problem on your side, and of course our site may contains bugs.. The easiest way to resolve these issue if you contact us directly (open a ticket) and we provide you technical help in 24 hours.
And finally a comment to Cybertoad: I've already replied to your last post and offered my help too but I have not heard anything from you yet. You tell that our customer service is bad, but I can't help you without exact details.

Friedland, I did check off on 21seXtreme, 21naturals, and bonus networks, but scenes continued to show up. You may have filters, but scenes from these networks got through.
I'm happy to hear you're updating your older sets. Personally I prefer the smaller ones. They are big enough for me, but there are those who want the biggest and best, so I let them know what to expect.
The technical problem with photo sets not appearing didn't happen enough to warrant going to support. I have never run into this before and that includes past subscriptions to your site, so it got mentioned.
I enjoy lesbian and solo scenes over hardcore, but I still found plenty of these scenes to make the price more then worthwhile. As I said, you have some lovely women on your site and photographers that know how to show their beauty. You have a great site and have every right to be proud of it. Even though some of my favorite models seem to have moved on, I found your new models are what I have always expect here, beautiful. You are maintaining a high standard and I'm sure this will bring subscribers back again and again. This includes me.
