Cancellation means you lose remaining days of subscription?

Just tried to cancel Brazzers using the online form. Site says I will lose access NOW if I cancel. Is this true? I have 29 days left on my subscription, so apparently I lose those days as soon as I cancel. I have subscribed to this site many times and cancelled without losing remaining days. Any one know if this is the site's new policy?

ghosty (0) I doubt it. If you paid for a month, they have to give you access for a month even if you cancel your recurring subscription. You should contact their support, though. They should be able to give you a definite answer.

Marcus (0) Wow, let us know the outcome for this. If it's true, it's yet another example of cynical, sneaky 'customer service' whereby they try and trick more money out of subscribers.

And these websites wonder why subscriptions are down. Yes, piracy and tube sites have a lot to answer for, but my list of sites that I will not join is getting longer and longer by the day and Brazzers is on the verge of being added too.

Yes, I agree that I did pay for 30 days but if I heed their statement from there site which reads:

Warning !!!
You will lose access now if you cancel

Then I have agreed to lose the extra days. I have seen other websites that do terminate access instantly on cancellation. Brazzers is either doing that or trying to trick users into delaying cancellation to avoid losing the full amount of the subscription for which they have paid. But if you forget to cancel until an unwanted additional month starts, they charge your credit card. Its a very misleading cancellation method. I have a pdf of the page, if anyone wants to see it. The comment section does not accommodate pdf attachments.

ghosty (0) Did you contact their support? I'm curious what they had to say about this.

I recommend using their phone support. In my experience, their phone support is much better than their e-mail or web support.
