Not when I was last a member there which was back in July 2011, file names were just numbers typically in the format 3147_2000, 3148_2000 with the 2000 being the size of the pics.

I'm a current member. Now they just give the file numbers without the size, such as 4287001, 4287002, etc. I like this better myself because I can replace a smaller-sized pic with a larger one with a simple drag-and-replace.
But everyone has their own preference for file naming.
The folder names are as Tangub said.

Thank you both very much. I like having at least model name in zip file names so I can (obviously) find sets easily after I download. It is going to be too much work to rename every file :(

You could use a batch renamer like Advanced Renamer to add the models name or whatever to the files. No need to rename every file manually.

Thanks. Renaming a bunch of files the same way is easy, but I was hoping to have model name, set name and date, etc in the file names, like many other sites.
