I have hundreds of sites in mind I would like to join, so for me it's just a matter of what's next. I rarely see a site for the first time and join as an impulse buy.

The content is the first thing that influences my decision. The other is price. Price has never stopped me from joining a site but it does stop me from staying long term or joining often.

When I see a site with a great review on PU I check it out on TBP and the preview site. If it still looks like a keeper, I tag it for my favorites list and let it sit.
When I get bored with a site I'm currently subscribed to, I'll drop it then check my favorites list for a new one.
If I get an email deal on a "favorite" site, I may jump at it.

I agree with all of the above. The only additional comment I can make is that I'm grateful for TBP/PU.

I honestly agonize over it for days. It is not about the money but the time I will spend.
Should I go to one I have been to before and like? Should I try something new and possibly be disappointed?
And the main thing I always check on is what kind of chance will I get ripped off. That is about the only reason I will not join a site.

I always take a few days to decide about joining a site.
