I checked and the best I can tell, yes, you can now download the full movie as one file.
Specifically what I'm basing that on ...
.I looked at a movie from 23-Jan-2010
. The options were:

Full Res: Full movie - Clips: |01|02|
High Res: Full movie - Clips: |01|02|
Low Res: Full movie - Clips: |01|02|
Streaming: |Clip 01| Clip 02| Full Streaming movie|
//--
I didn't actually download the movie so I can't say with 100% certainty, but to the extent that I can tell, full movie was an option.

This site seems now to have been amalgamated with Club Seventeen and it's not very easy to see which ones are from the original MSKs site- they should make this clear as a lot of the vids from MSKs original site are not available all though the promos on the tube sites suggest they are. The 24 hour free trail has no downloads just streaming and a lot of the pics are old and small. Not really worth checking out tbh.
