They do in Canada after a woman challenged the constitutionality of the law banning it. That was over a decade ago and every day you see hundreds of beautiful women walking around topless up here.
Okay, I made up that last bit! I've never seen a woman go topless even with the law changed.
On a related note, it really pisses me off when some fucking prude complains of a woman breastfeeding her baby in public. Fuck the fuck off!

I don't and I would be more than happy to see rules changes that force guys to wear a t-shirt or something else in certain places where they are currently allowed to go topless.

They already have that right in the UK - there is no law against it - but apart from in designated areas such as nudist beaches etc I've never seen a woman avail herself of said right, so it seems a bit of a moot point really.

I vote "undecided" as I don't have any philosophical objections, just the observation that most people (male or female) who go topless probably shouldn't.
