I am not the best reviewer. But I do not find any part in particular difficult. The review is simply a reflection of my experience on the website. It almost writes itself.
I will tell you something I would like to see. I would like to see the top 10 reviews of websites count. I mean assuming a website does not go suddenly bad. Or suddenly drastically improve. I see a lot of GREAT older reviews that are very much helpful today. But they do not get counted and that is a shame.

I agree that older reviews can be very useful. In many cases, there just are not enough new reviews.

Although I check it doesn't matter, I should qualify that. When reviewing a weak website, it may be hard to find pros and the bottom line may not have much to say either. I find reviews of weak sites to end up as short.

I usually find the bottom line to be the hardest part because I keep having to edit down as much as possible my rambling so that the reader knows what I'm trying to say without having to read through twelve lines of dialogue.

The score is the hardest. Many factors have to be weighed to come up with a comprehensive score.
