Must be another way of trying to rip us poor saps in Europe, so tired of seeing these days prices $19.99 and $29.99 when we go and try to join it just changes the currency not the price, so becomes £29.99 ,seems so unfair. So yeah I would think this would be just another way of making more money from Europeans.
