I've seen some bad outside scenes, mainly to do with sound quality, one was a lesbian scene on a hill and all you could hear was the wind hitting the microphone.

I have to agree with the others on outside shoots. I hate it when the poor models get buzzed by bees or wasps. I hate the idea they could get stung in a very uncomfortable place.
As for the lighting, there are many shoots done in the woods where the shade from the trees causes more problems than usual.
I don't mind outdoor shoots at pools or patios, but not in the woods.

Number one is the shower because there is water involved, the size of the room makes the choice of shooting angles drastically limited. Add that the running water makes the ground surfaces slippery as well as add annoying sound. Shooting outside is the second worst place because there are almost always a bunch of sounds that will pop up while shooting is going on.

I know, and doesn't that drive me crazy! It is still my constant complaint that the tease factor is gone. It's getting bizzare when it comes to videos. Rather than start from the beginning they will show a preview of all the hottest action to come. That really takes all the anticipation out of the picture and leaves the field to those who will always fast forward to the "good" parts!
