ECHST SEEMS TO GET MORE COMPLAINTS THAN CCBILL OR EPOCH.
IF YOU DON'T HEAR FROM METART SUPPORT IN A COUPLE OF DAYS, I SUGGEST SENDING ANOTHER EMAIL TO THEIR SUPPORT, AND TELLING THEM ABOUT THE OVER-CHARGE FOR METART MEMBERSHIP.
IF YOU READ SOME OF THE COMPLAINTS ABOUT ECHST, PEOPLE COMPLAIN ABOUT POOR/RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE, AS WELL AS FRAUDULENT CHARGES TO THEIR CREDIT CARDS.
PLEASE LET US KNOW WHAT HAPPENS.
METART USED TO BE WONDERFUL WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SUPPORT. FAST AND RESPONSIVE AND CARING.
ECHST IS NOT A NEW BILLER COMPANY. BUT I'VE NEVER USED IT, EVEN THOUGH I'VE SIGNED UP WITH A LOT OF THE METART NETWORK SITES OVER THE YEARS.
