MAYBE IT'S MY PC THAT HAS A PROBLEM.
AFTER READING YOUR REPLY THAT THEARTPORN SITE IS OPEN, AND THAT THE PU AND TBP HOT LINKS DO OPEN A PAGE AT THE PORN SITE, I CLEARED MY BROWSER HISTORY, AND CLEARED MY COOKIES.
THEN I CLICK ON BOTH THE PU AND TBP HOT LINKS TO THEARTPORN.COM.
BOTH LINKS OPENED A PAGE THAT SAID:
The page you are looking for cannot be found.
WHEN I OPEN A NEW TAB ON FIREFOX, AND PASTE IN THE ADDRESS:
http://theartporn.com
I GET THE SAME ERROR MESSAGE:
The page you are looking for cannot be found.
IF I DO A GOOGLE SEARCH FOR theartporn.com, AND HIT THE HOT LINK FOR
theartporn.com,
I ALSO GET THE ERROR MESSAGE:
The page you are looking for cannot be found.
WHEN I OPEN MICROSOFT EXPLORER BROWSER(I THINK IT HAS A NEW NAME NOW),
AND PASTE
http://theartporn.com
INTO THE ADDRESS BAR
IT RETURNS THE ERROR MESSAGE:
The page you are looking for cannot be found.
THIS PROBLEM DOES NOT AFFECT ME VERY MUCH.
I AM NOT A MEMBER OF THE SITE.
I AM JUST TRYING TO POINT OUT THAT MAYBE SOMETHING IS WRONG.
MAYBE IT'S MY COMPUTER, MY INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER, OR SOMETHING ELSE. I AM NOT BEING BLOCKED FROM OTHER SITES THAT I KNOW OF.

I can access the site.
Besides, it's part of the wtfpass network. And, BTW,
- Join at TheArtPorn says "$34.95 for 30 days access"
- Join at WTFPass says "Limited Offer! $9.95 for 30 days access"

I am still getting a 404 error (Page Not Found) when I try to access TheArtPorn.com.
As I said, I'm not a member of the site, so it's not an important issue for me.
But you state that you are seeing a join price of $9.95 for 30 days access for WTFPass.
How do you find that price? Do you go to PU/TBP and use one of their hot links?
Or do you do a google search to find a link that leads to the $9.95 offer?
When I hit the PU or TBP hot links to go to the WTFPass site, and then go to the join page, I see an offer to join for $19.95 for 30 days access.
