I do believe there are downsides to a site being around that long. The site’s producers have to be near or reaching contentment with how much they show in the scenes or even in how deep the scenes go. The majority of scenes on this site are going to give you the basic thrill nearly all porn offers. One place I see the positive of the duration of this site is in the use of make-up. Glamour with amateur is not common in porn, but 18 Eighteen does it and does it better than anyone. My concern about becoming content is easiest seen in the hardcore scenes. You really do feel like they are painting by numbers in the newer hardcore scenes. It is to the point, you could probably direct the scene yourself. But, I much prefer the solo scenes and it is where 18 Eighteen stands above the crowd. The models are gorgeous, nearly all, even with the nearly 30 years of existence, this site is somewhat selective with the models that make their way onto the site. Having over 800 models is a big number, but when you consider they have been in business for 27 years, it’s really not that big of a number. You will see some model variation too. There are models from most ethnic backgrounds and the search engine makes it easier to find those. One of the strongest parts of the site is how easy and effortless it is to use. The tags are accurate and easy to find. It is one of the few big sites that feels like you can see everything on the site in a month. It does help too, if you are not into the hardcore. The video downloads include the usual HD options and the newer scenes have 4K. As someone who likes 4K, I can say, some of the solo 4K scenes are worth downloading in 4K. I would not download any of the 4K hardcore scenes. It is one of those sites that someone like me wonders if it would just be better off to stick with just solo scenes. The pictures are excellent and only strengthen the solo scenes. I cannot say I have ever liked any hardcore pictures from any site. Solo picture sets give the viewer more of a slo-motion or step by step view of the video. You can see the parts the video may zoom by and miss. The other downfall of a site being around 27 years is the scenes may end up having a similar feel to all of them and you will run into that on this site. I am sure it is just because the same producers or directors are producing and directing the scenes, but it makes the content become more love or hate. Luckily for me, I love the solo scenes and am happy to see more solo scenes shot in the same ways. If you are a fan of models that look in the teens group and like solo videos, this could easily become your favorite site. If you are only interested in hardcore scenes, maybe it is still worth a join. Since hardcore is not my favorite genre of porn, maybe I am not the best judge of it? I do feel confident the majority of porn fans would at least enjoy this site. The models alone are enough for me. This is one of the stupidest things I've seen in a while. On this site the video previews in the tour area all play in 720 HD, but once you become a member can you download it in that file size? I really enjoyed this site before they jacked the price up and it seems more reasonable at these prices now. I just joined and am pretty happy with the content. Picture sizes seem more consistent now and there is now a feature for downloading zips in large or small format (this addresses some of Drooler's frustrations noted in the previous comment here). Production value and videos are still looking goood too. I'll post a review soon. The server speed has gotten snappier, but the webmastering problems are still all over the place: -Inconsistent thumb sizes (often too small, sometimes larger, sometimes a nice large size). At least one recent gallery mixes small thumbs with actual pics! (Check your work, dammit, baby!) -Inconsistent zips: sometimes all-in-one, sometimes each page has its own zip file. -Incomplete labeling: In their full lists of updates by month, you can choose solo, g/g, hardcore, or all but in the listings you don't always know if they're going to be videos or photos, without doing extra clicking to find out -Same old "1600px" photos in portrait orientation that are only 1200x790. THAT's consistent! I even tried a 800x600 from November 2007 and y'know what? 399x600! Anyway, who the hell wants 800x600 these days? You've gotta be kidding! They can't even keep the names straight. The owners need not worry about my "exploiting" it as I never got much from any single visit. My biggest gripe is the careless webmastering. They link you to zips labeled "1600px," and they're NOT. They max at 1200 sometimes, 1600 sometimes. Or 1024! It's a game of chance. They just don't seem to care that they're not giving you what they say they are. Reminds me that the TBP reviewers don't always visit a site like a real user does; they just tell you what site tells them. Not all of it is exclusive, BTW. I've seen some of Earl Miller's stuff on it, for instance. However, the images have a grainy texture to them, plus there's that goofy watermark that gets pasted on top of whatever happens to be in its way -- a girl's head, a butt cheek -- it don't seem to matter to them. (I'd hate for the girl to interfere in my enjoyment of the watermark, y'know.) The most fun is the copy they write, in the tone of mixed-up teenage girls obsessing about their boob sizes, their experiments with boys and girls, and the malicious gossip at their high schools.
