The site Active Duty is under new ownership so many things are quietly changing from the quality of content to how a customer can cancel. One now has to use chat to deal with a salesperson trying to keep one from canceling and offering many other sites. I have given this site a rave review in the past. Not so these days... I usually catch them but did not this time around. I now have to visit my bank and get the charge dropped. This is becoming a big problem and from now on all of my reviews will be deducted ten full points from what they have earned because of this.
