No one answers that 1-800 number, no replies from their help@incrediblesupport.com . Their parent company is INCOM, I tried to press my claim there, but receive no replies or returned phone calls there. They claim they use CCBILL or NETBILL on their site, but in fact they billed my VISA twice using their own merchant account. I ended up canceling my VISA to stop the billing and filed a claim with the FTC for fraudulent billing practices. Read review sites like this one.
