I was a member of babes.com some years ago. I was impressed by the good content and the brilliant videos, especially the GG videos. Just joined again to babes.com, however the site name changed to "spicevids.com". The member area has the babes.com videos and much more other videos from other sides, I don't know why. However, there is a point, which drops the value of this site downwards: There is no option anymore for downloads, even for additional fee. You get only streaming vids. Second: no way to comment videos. Third: update rate unclear. Old content still good, but the new one: average. My suggestion: stay away from this site!
They charge $29.99 a month for downloads in addition to your regular access membership (this is intentionally unclear, I had to talk to a chat rep to confirm this). There are no galleries. And, they try to upsell/trick you into additional memberships to other sites on almost every page. Even if their content is good...everything about this is a total turn off.
babesnetwork uses condoms and tries to hide condoms with software
Babesnetwork has 2 problems.
First problem, babesnetwork uses condoms in many scenes.
Second problem, babesnetwork uses software manipulation (or image manipulation) to try to hide the condoms.
I guess this goes along with Twisty's going to a solo and girl/girl only site, at this point - Babes is announcing that membership to Babes now includes Twisty's Hard. Why are they mixing the names like this? Who knows. But if it means more Riley Reid and Marica Haze scenes, I'm all for it. I really have no idea what the identity of this site is. At a certain point they seemed to be euro-centric, but that was a while ago. Now it's - I dunno, another porn site.
Frustrated with thebestporn right now. Read their review about Babes network. It said "frequent 4k updates. They've been updating new UHD videos at the rate of 3-4 times a week for a long time now and don't show any signs of slowing down". This was back in May of 2018. I posted an error report with them because I signed up thinking there were going to be UHD vids. But this isn't a 4K/UHD site. Not the best 1080p site at that. Good material, just not the best of qualities for what they charge. Paid 30 for membership, then upgraded for downloads at 15. That's 45/month for lower end 1080p vids, NO 4K! Anyways, I posted an error report on TBP about their "frequent 4k updates" and their response was that they logged in and clicked "videos" tab and then 4k filter??? I have membership right now, I logged in, clicked videos tab, there is no "4k filter" unless there is another membership upgrade im not aware of that isn't showing up on my membership page, I don't think there is. But they said "have you tried that?" as if I didn't know how to find 4k videos, trying to discredit my error report, I don't like that. They then admitted that, yh, they haven't put any 4k material out in months In their response and said that the review was from May and that when they did review there were 4k vids... remember what they said... "been updating in 4k 3-4 times a week for a long time now...". I checked videos from back in may, and found only 1 video that was 4k...1! Was a May 4th video. I feel like their review was incredibly misleading, and didn't like the discrediting response from the error report I posted. sorry for this long vent, but it wouldn't let me respond to them on TBP more than the one time in the error report section, so im responding here, I hope they read this.
Just signed up. 30/month for regular subscription with no downloads. Prompted with large banner and added the downloads upgrade for an extra 15/month (not 10 like I had seen on some reviews). Also... TBP, from a review from May of 2018... "They've been updating new UHD videos at the rate of 3-4 times a week for a long time now and don't show any signs of slowing down" ??? I just signed up January of 2019 and I see no signs of UHD/4k streaming or downloads. Tried clicking randomly on several different videos of different sites on the network but no 4k vid option. Beware of that review. and the 45 dollars I just spent for a month, wow that seems like a lot after the fact now. was expecting the extra 10 for downloads from reading reviews, found out its now 15. was expecting 4k videos, found out there aren't any that I've found so far. bummer.. also, just downloaded one of the newer videos at the top quality they offer, 1080p, and looked at the stats after the download, bitrate was less that 6000?! not exactly high quality 1080p vids, looks kinda 720p ish to me, im a bit picky tho, I like the higher quality stuff, like 4k and good quality 1080p. Like Brazzers dropped their bitrate from 12k to 8k I believe about a year ago on their 1080p vids and I saw plenty of reviewers upset about that reduction, the vids apparently here on babes are less than 6k, wow
I just want to warn you that Babesnetwork.com/Babes.com is doing the same thing that Twisty's is regarding tiered pricing. (They are all run by the same group.) They offer discounted pricing and then when you sign up, you learn that the price you paid is for STREAMING ONLY and there are no zip files for photosets. If you want to download, it will cost you another $10 a month for the VIP membership. Nowhere when signing up does it explain any of this.
There is also a very expensive "premium" membership, but there is no real information on what that is other than additional material. Both Babes and Twisty's have removed a lot of old material so the premium membership may include that. Not sure.
That $10 a month extra applies regardless of the length of subscription you purchase. So if you find the super-cheap annual membership for $59.00, you will pay an additional $10 a month/$120 a year for the privilege of downloading, making this a very, very expensive $179 annual membership. This is one of the sleaziest money-grabs I've seen lately.
Twistys/Babes really needs to be more forthcoming with their pricing structure and what is included. The guys at TBP mention the download thing in passing, but the tiers need to be up there with the pricing.
WARNING: MBI payment processor is very unresponsive.
I am trying to cancel my membership to Babes network.
Evidently, you can't use the internet to easily cancel.
They state that sending an email takes 3 business days to process.
There is no system to cancel like CCBILL or EPOCH offers.
Trying to use chat to cancel means waiting a long time before someone responds.
First, you get a representative, who says he is transferring you to an agent.
Then you wait, and wait, and wait for an agent to respond.
Cancelling should be easy, not hard.
If need be, I will have to call my credit card company, and refuse payment for the monthly charge.
Maybe it makes sense for them to make it difficult to cancel.
But it destroys customer good will.
I noticed and I knew I unchecked the pre-cross sell, but apparently it went through anyways. I had noticed the full-charge a few days after and quickly contacted the billing company, but apparently the pre-cross sell's site doesn't accept refunds according to the rep. I know it's my fault for not checking my email for the trial charge, but why not accept a refund for this type of situation? I could understand not accepting a refund a few weeks after, but it's been a few days and I haven't even logged in on the site. Besides warnings from other reviewers and on this site, I'll remind you again of this checked pre-cross sell and double check so you won't go through what I did and waist $30.
I signed up for this site (taking care to avoid the heavily biased regional pricing) and overall it's good - I'll review it shortly. However, I just found one odd thing that bothered me.
Watching the videos of Jodi Taylor, she has a prominent birthmark on her thigh, and another smaller one above her pussy. They are part of who she is and do not at all detract from how pretty she is - I'd actually say it enhances it, as not trying to cover them shows a little more personality. But they are both notably absent in the corresponding photo sets - which is kind of jarring, especially as the pictures do not otherwise seem heavily photoshopped.
I'd understand if perhaps she asked for them to be removed, but I'm guessing she's not self-conscious about them otherwise she wouldn't be doing porn in the first place! This is wholly unnecessary and I hope it is not an emerging pattern.
It makes a difference how you get to the preview page of this site.
If you use the hot links from PU/TBP to get to this site, you find working preview pages that will give you a list of the models at the site, plus samples of the videos and photos.
If, instead, you use http://www.babesnetworkDOTcom/tgp/?nats=16babes.41.2.61.0.0.0.0.0,
you get a preview page that shows thumbnails of videos. That page does not lead to any listing of models, or to any sample of videos or photos. Apparently, they put the page up on the Internet, and haven't bothered to finish the rest of the preview pages/links at that URL.
The thumbnails do lead to a signup page, so I thought the preview pages were broken. Until I stumbled across the PU/TBP links to the site.
I signed up for this a week or two back because they had a lot of my favorite models, and the photography and videography are quite decent. If Digital Desire did hardcore, it would look a lot like this. In fact, some of the videos (Elizabeth Marx, for example) clearly were shot by DD. For me, that's a plus, although I know that isn't universal.
Navigation could be improved and the volume of material is obviously not the size it will be one day. For the moment, I'm a happy customer.
Happend upon this site - seems to be a new one in the Joymii/X-Art/Orgasms genre of, dare I say, sensual hardcore.
Quite appealing, but... another one of those sites that thinks £1=$1, so whereas US folk pay $30, in the UK it's £30, over 50% more.
I'll wear the odd extra few $ here and there - such discrepancies are endemic, so I'd miss out on some good material if I was that principled about it. But this definitely counts me out.
Interestingly, it's from the same network as Twistys, who are quite happy to charge me the same $ price as everyone else.
