Good question, jberry. By the looks of that link she might have had the operation to reverse a boob job??? It would still be sadly ironic if she got the enhancement done in the first place and that the attempt to return to natural killed her. I fervently wish those girls would stop listening to producers, webmasters, husbands, boy friends, the very rare porn user, as well as to that inner voice that keeps telling them that a breast job would really enhance their beauty and therefore their self-esteem. | |

This is very sad and more so when you consider that she was getting her breast enlarged from FF to GG. I would consider this to be usueless operation that has costed a young woman her life. Many women don't seem to realise that breast implants is not a little operation simply because doctors do them all the time. This is a pretty invasive surgical operation that requires the patient to be put under anesthesia. There's always the danger that the patient might not wake, then there is the danger of infections or even possible rejections. Long live the Brown Coats. | |

That is what makes it seem so insane. I have engaged in threads on this subject and find most PU's don't like artificial enhancements. Guys could stop buying dvd's with girls that have large implants and girls would still get them. We've had this discussion here more than once and I think most of us are against implants and I've been on other forums and again the overall number of posters are usually against implants but girls still get them. Amy Brooke had a serious infection last September when she went for breast implants. She had to have them removed and was on antibiotic for a few weeks. That didn't stop her from going back and getting implants in December. Long live the Brown Coats. | |

Well I went a bit farther in my research about her after my post above. She was characterized in one thread (I think on freeones) as being street walker who got into webcams. People on a forum is one thing. Consumer purchasing trends is something entirely different. If people stopped buying them (the DVDs), the producers would spot the market trend and shoot less of them. Which means less scenes for girls with implants. Which means they would be harmful to your career. Which means more girls wouldn't do it. Because right now, at absolute worst, they are pretty much career neutral (any fans you lose for having fakes you will probably gain from having larger ones, especially if you were smaller to start). So besides the health risk (which as this very topic shows isn't negligible, but people all around this country don't think about the health risk of cosmetic procedures, this isn't something that's happening exclusively with porn stars), there's not very much of a career risk, and there can be (and most of the time are) immediate career benefits. From a purely economic standpoint, there's not very much of a reason not to, unless you're already getting as many shoots as you want to get (and let's face it, the vast majority of women in the American porn industry at least aren't getting as many shoots as they want to get, no matter what they look like). If it's medical reasons that really it can't be avoided but to put your life at risk to get fake boobs I find so sad, If you have smallish breasts it shouldn't matter, doesn't make you any less of a women, most men find all sizes of breasts attractive, well I certainly do and natural always beats fake in my eyes.
