Hit & Miss, new TV series about a she-male contract killer.

I saw the debut episode yesterday, and it was really interesting. I hope the succeeding episodes are just as enjoyable, and that the series does well in the ratings.

The series star is Chloë Sevigny, and the series is set in the UK.

Chloe Sevigny upset by transgender look in new TV drama

The Boys Don't Cry star admits it was emotionally challenging for her to portray a transgender assassin and she couldn't get used to her masculine look.

She tells TV Guide magazine, "(I cried) every time I wore it. It was seven separate days of filming.

"Putting it on took two hours. I shaved myself and they had to glue it on, paint it and pull away the skin to make it seamless. It's a tedious process, and it's hard having someone so close to your private parts for an extended period of time who you're not having sex with.

"Having it on and looking at yourself is oddly disturbing. I felt like a freak."

This is not meant to break any forum rules but only point you to a visual image of the subject of the thread. All in all not that exciting, but you'll get the picture.

I guess actors (and actresses) are supposed to do all kinds of weird or potentially embarrassing acts.

The scene where the fake penis is actually displayed is very brief, over in three seconds or less. The scene was not pornographic. Completely different from watching a shemale porn video.

But thanks for the link and the information on Chloe.

HeatherMcXxx, over half the boy-girl porn videos I've seen the guy has a flaccid penis at some point. And to make it stiff, instead of rubbing it against the girl's body, the usual technique is to use his fist. That's one porn convention that detracts from the heat of the scene, at least for me.

But for some reason, I guess the guy gets greater stimulation from rubbing his own penis instead of having the girl do it for him, or having it inserted in the girl.

The typical money shot is the guy jerking himself off and then shooting onto the girl. Which I think is waste of cum. Shoot it into the girl, not on her.

So you saw the entire first season already?

In the US, they showed the first episode of season 1 last night. And that was its debut in the US.

Have they made an announcement that the series was renewed, and that there will be a second season?

In the US, most series end or are cancelled in the first season, and a lot of series don't even get a full season 1 run of episodes.

I wasn't really referring to porn scenes. "Whoever has the vagina is in charge." - Megan Fox

Yeah we had it finish a couple of weeks back on Sky Atlantic and I think there was 6 episodes. I've not heard it announced sadly if there will be a next series, I'm just hoping there is.

Yeah I know about the cancelling shows, I hate that, especially the ones that have run for a couple of seasons. Terminator The Sarah Connor Chronicles, Heroes and Flash Forward were three that spring to mind, very annoying cause your left thinking why, when shows much worse carry on. Beautiful women tend to intimidate some insecure males. It is called performance anxiety. What you have to do in cases like that is to play the timid little lady .. gee, I am so lucky to end up with a hunk like you. That'll fix him!

But, seriously, with Mr. Right everything will just click, without game playing! If you haven't found each other yet give it time!

I have to ask some questions because I'm realy curious to know. Is there a reasoon why the main character of Chloe is a transexual? Is the fact that she is a transexual something that keeps coming up or is it more a plot point at the beginning and then barely gets mentioned? Is it key to the story? Long live the Brown Coats.

The lead character, played by Chloe, is a transsexual, or a man who has had breast implants, but still has a penis. And dresses and thinks of himself as a women, even though he was born in a male body.

That's just part of who the character is.

I live in the US, and only the first episode has been shown. But the transsexual factor is an important part of Chloe's character, just as it would be in the life of any real transsexual.

She is also a hit woman. That's how she makes her money.

I thought the first episode was well written, with good acting, a lot of interesting ideas. I just hope the rest of the series can maintain the quality and interest I found in the first episode.

The series is on cable TV.

Yes, the box of tissues winds up getting repurposed. I wanted something new, so I left England for New England.

I won't spoil the series but will just say, no the fact she is a transsexual does not get forgotten and plays an important part throughout. And in my opinion the series does hold your attention for the series, I never got bored put it that way. "Women are like tricks by sleight of hand, Which, to admire, we should not understand."
