Can YouTube read minds?

I'm a bit of a YouTube addict but I don't search it for anything related to porn. That just isn't YT's thing. But recently YT recommended a channel for me. It's called Bikini Ifrit and it features an early-20s redhead with a smoking body. Redheads are like crack cocaine for me and I have an admiration of the female posterior so this site is perfect for me. Her bum is probably perfectly proportional but my personal preference is for smaller, though I could easily get lost in hers for hours and hours and hours. I'd sound like a pig rooting out truffles.

So has YT been snooping in my dreams?

True enough. I use Google analytics to track the minimal visitors to my blog. I also block it through NoScript when I personally browse the web. Better to be pissed on, than to be pissed off.

Almost every website is using Google analytics to track visits to their pages. And Google owns Youtube.

I recommend blocking google-analytics.com and pretty much anything else Google related if you want even a chance of stopping them from building a database on you.

This is the reason Google's services are all "free".

Hmmm... I hadn't thought of that. Good point.

Coincidentally my computer has been running slow lately and it seemed to happen after a major Windows 10 update in December. Last week I got fed up and opened Task Manager to see what was going on and saw something that was taking a lot of resources. It was something related to HP and I have an HP computer. A quick Google search revealed a lot of pissed off HP owners because part of the December Windows update was this HP file that monitored usage and tracked stuff and reported back to HP.

I don't have a huge issue with Google or YouTube tracking what I do because I know they do it and they give me a valuable service for 'free.' But it's unconscionable for HP to bury something like that into computers that have been purchased.

I recall several years ago when people were just discovering that sites like Facebook track users and may people were angry at that, one tech guy interviewed pointed out that if you're getting something for free then your information is being sold to pay for that.

I'm okay with that and I'm more okay when they steer me to channels like Bikini Ifrit. They also directed me to a channel with a busty French Canadian named Piper. keep 'em coming, I say!

I also have an HP desktop PC.
It seems like Windows 10 is always making a lot of updates.
Maybe it's my imagination, but Win 10 seems to update a lot more than previous editions.
And most updates take a lot of time.

I don't know if my PC is reporting back to HP or not. I should check it out, and disable it if it is.
Just another resource hot that will slow down my PC.

RA, what is the URL that identifies the HP file that is tracking/reporting usage?

Thanks, in advance.

There's an old saying, "If you're not paying for a product, you are the product." "A man talking sense to himself is no madder than a man talking nonsense not to himself."
