Porn Site Billers/Billing Behavior I am curious, are there any good billing companies left in porn. I don't joint many sites these days, it used to be ccbill and epoch were reliable, but these billers seem much less common these days. probiller is obviously hot garbage, their site is basically non-functional, chat is worthless, takes 20 minutes to cancel and I am sure they are banking on people just giving up. PayPal seems more common now, but makes me nervous, so I tend to setup throwaway PayPal accounts and delete them soon after joining. I don't really understand how this industry hopes to survive. They bitch and moan about piracy, but the sketchy tactics seem to be getting worse and worse lately (single click upsells, ads everywhere where you don't know where to click, making it harder to cancel a membership than it is to cancel a cell phone plan, memberships requiring "premium" access for downloads, using sketchy billers, etc). I am just tired of it, I am happy to pay for content I enjoy, but it is really aggravating when you have to navigate all this bullshit (and often spend more than you intended to for said content). The way the industry behaves, they have no business bitching about piracy when the pretty much commit fraud every day. These kinds of cash grabs might be good in the short term, but every time they do it, they risk losing a consumer for life. Pirated porn is not hard to find, and if they are going to be dishonest, why shouldn't I? Sorry for complaining, I know I don't post here much anymore, but this is something that has been driving me nuts for the last year or so. There certainly are some good, honest sites out there. I guess I will just stick to those. Bunny Lebowski: I'll suck your cock for a thousand dollars. Brandt: Ah hahahahaha! Wonderful woman. We're all, we're all very fond of her. Very free-spirited.

@slutty, Nice to see you dropping by the site. The site seems to have really slowed down the last few years. As far as billers, CCBill, Epoch, and FameSupport are my favorite billers. CCBill and Epoch have been excellent for years. FameSupport has vastly improved over the last few years. It used to be a hassle cancelling a membership with them, but now it's much easier. And their customer support is excellent: among the best customer support teams on the internet. They have a 24/7 live chat that responds very fast, with helpful, knowledgeable staff. The FameSupport used to be horrible, to cancel, but it's completely changed. As far as poor billing practices, it's not just porn companies, but regular businesses than can cause you problems. I had a coupon I got from Amazon for around a $5 discount to an item: the company disregarded the coupon and charged me full price. I sent an email to their customer support, saying I was over-charged. They replied that I was charged the correct price. I then sent an email with a photo of the coupon, and the discount I was supposed to get. Company responded, saying they were sorry I was having a problem, but asking for proof that I paid a higher price. I emailed them a copy of my credit card charge. They return emailed me, saying, sorry you're having a problem: what is the problem? I then sent an email to Amazon customer service, showing the coupon I had, plus the complete history of my emails to the company I bought the item from. Amazon gave me a credit, with no hassle. I spent hours on the issue, for a $5 overcharge. The strange thing is: all the emails I sent to the company's customer support were sent to the same person: the person who first stated that my charge was correct, and after sending a copy of the coupon and after sending a copy of my credit card charge by the company, at the end of this, she emails me that she's sorry I'm having a problem with the company, she's there to help me with the issue, and what is the issue I am having (ignoring the fact that all the emails were sent to her personal email address at customer support.) For a $5 overcharge. They got my money, and there was no way they were giving any of it back. Unless I was able to get President Trump to send in the Army Reserve with rifles loaded to demand my $5 overcharge. And since Trump and I are not really close buddies, I turned to Amazon, which gave me a refund with no hassle (after I sent them a copy of the emails I sent to the company, and the company responses). For some of the sites that don't use a reliable billing site such as CCBill or Epoch, I try to cancel one week before the renewal date. I also make it a point to not have my card loaded until it is time to be billed. (They don't get money that isn't there.) Westbill is an OK site but you have to know what site you joined. That can be hard when you miss a cross checked site when ordering a membership. Luckily, I have a decent memory when it comes to those things. "Dogs think people are Gods. I tend to cancel the same day I sign up so I don't forget and get a surprise rebill notice. I guess I've been pretty lucky with porn sites. I've only had to request a refund once, and the site owner dealt with it personally to refund my money (it was a solo model site, and the model was the owner). Not the case for everyone, I know. I've worked customer service jobs in the past and different companies have different philosophies. Unfortunately, gone are the days of "the customer is always right," but some companies don't consider it worth their time to quibble over small amounts. After all, they have to pay for the inevitable back and forth so even if they outsourced their customer service, it's often cheaper to just give someone a credit. But for larger credits, many companies analyze your value as a customer. And then if they agree to give you some money back, they will have the agent immediately try to upsell, while you're in a good mood. Anyway, Amazon seems to be one that doesn't spend much time arguing because they can afford to be quite generous. And so you'd think the same would be true for big billing companies, too... But I think that porn sites generate a lot of disputes and chargebacks, so I think for the billers and the sites themselves, they tend to be tight-fisted to keep their margins up and to discourage people from contesting charges. That said they could probably eliminate many of their issues if they did away with X-sales. But those must be very lucrative because even sites owned by major players resort to including those to bump up profits.
