Hello one and all Hi all, Just thought I should say hi to you all earlier rather then later. Ive been taking a look though the forums and around the site in the last few days and it seems a pretty friendly place. Many of the adult forums I have checked out over the last year while we were developing our site and trying to get up to speed on how things worked in this industry came across as a little elitist and unfriendly. We only have the one site live at the moment and I'm pleased to say the feedback we have had so far has been positive. We just had our first review in via rabbit reviews which was ok for a start and spurred me on to try and improve things more to increase our rating. Welcome :-) It is always nice to have another webmaster active in the discussions - there are so many consumers that it is good to have commentary from the production side of porn now and again. I checked out your site which looks nice - despite Wittyguy's protests, I find the blog aspect easy enough to navigate and seems to display the content well. I agree with him that listing the video sizes would be nice and perhaps a few full size preview photos and a few 30 second, full size preview videos would be wise. I also wanted to point out that your site lists the desktop images as free and then requests the user to join to download them. Since we have your attention I noticed something find funny on your sign up page: Join via ccbill $24.99 for 30 days $24.99 30 days recurring $60.00 for 90 days $60.00 90 days recurring The price and duration are repeated. You might want to fix that. The worst place to have weird things or typos in on the sign up! Otherwise it looks very promising. What is the resolution and bit rate and such on your videos? I agree with Toadsith. The full preview is great and everyone should do it. But you still should have a small true preview page. Put a few pictures and a minute of a video to really show us what we are getting. Just dont do "extra" work on those pictures and video clip to make them look extra good. Keep that part honest. It looks like the layout is okay, but it is hard to tell without joining first. The best advice I can give there is try to reduce the amount of clicking it takes to get to the videos or zip files. nubiles is an awesome example of keeping it click simple. All the files that go with a model are on a single page. Very simple and very easy, and guess what they get good ratings! But I think WittyGuy did a good job of hazing you for the first post. :) We try to be reasonable here and love telling webmasters what to do, especially when they listen. I doubt you will get the answer to what a perfect site is from your competitors, but you might get close by asking those who ultimately pay the bills and decide who rises up and who sinks. I checked out the Rabbit's Review and have to say it is a pretty good review, especially for a newer site. Seeing 1280x720 movies with 3500 bitrates is really nice for a newer site. Also liked the model page and I have to say there are some really good-looking models on there. And to show how different each consumer each, I've never paid much attention to previews. I do the model list and want to know if the picture sets come in zips. I'm from the school of thought of less is more in a preview. I think your site looks really promising and since I have been on a UK kick lately, will most likely put it in my "to join" list. Now if I could just get my wife to speak with a UK accent. I second the welcome of a new active webmaster here. Browsed the site - looks good. And british - we need more quality uk-sites. BUT: It's hard to get an idea about quality - especially for the videos? There's no video-preview either...you state: HD-videos, but that word has a lot of inflation.. So w3bm. please give us some facts here.... And BTW: Tried to join - AND again CCBill is messing with the currency issue - so if you try to join from Europe you have to pay euro 24.95 and NOT $ 24.95 - have you also got Epoch as billing-co.
