***PROBILLER IS A BUNCH OF CROOKS!!!**** I just found out that probiller has ripped me off for over a $100. I cancelled a membership to metrohd.com and even got a rare cancellation receipt from them so I didn't think much a bout since. That was mid-June. I always cancel after a few days in case of problems and I will always forget so I do it early. Anyway, the rebill was June 14th and I cancelled may 24th, I HAVE BEEN RE-BILLED EVERY MONTH SINCE!!!! FIVE MONTHS!!! The chat agent could only refund one month and gave me a email to billing support for the other $80. Thank GOD I save all purchase/cancel email receipts!!! Yeah, yeah, but your scientists were so preoccupied with whether or not they could that they didn't stop to think if they should. My forwarded email has been returned and billing support has ignored my receipt and is acting like I am disputing the whole membership and are refusing to refund my money. CROOKS!!!! I am currently on the phone with a really nice guy by the name of Andrew and he pulled up everything and said he refunded my money. We will see in 7-10 days. Yeah, yeah, but your scientists were so preoccupied with whether or not they could that they didn't stop to think if they should. Good for you, Sir. I keep a copy of most of my joins and cancels, but not every site or biller will send you a copy of a join and/or a cancel. But you seem to be a heck of lot more organized than I am. Hoping that you do get the money refunded. I had a dispute with MoviePass, the service that was supposed to give you 3 movies per month for a paid 1-year sub. I paid through Discover card. I never got a pass to see a movie through the sub. I disputed the payment to MoviePass, said the service was poor, and that I never got entry to any movies. Discover got in touch with MoviePass, and MoviePass said they were willing and able to give me the service. I sent Discover an email, showing that MoviePass had put my membership on hold, that I could not use the service. Discover said they had to listen to both sides, and said the charge by MoviePass was valid. Even though I told Discover I never was able to use the service to see a single movie. And that my membership was put on hold (that I could not use the service). And Discover did not refund my payment. And when I told Discover there were internet pages with hundreds of complaints about the MoviePass service, Discover said those complaints did not apply to my complaint. First time I was disappointed with the Discover card. I paid for a service that did not give me what the service promised, and Discover said that the service stated they were willing to give me service. "Willing to give me service", when I told them I never got the service I paid for, and sent Discover a copy of the email stating that the service has put my membership on hold. A while later, MoviePass went out of business. Too many complaints, I guess. | |

Wow that sucks. I think I got this taken care of but have to wait and see. My dumb ass used my freakin bank card for this very risky processor and I literally can not cancel my card as all my banks in my city have been closed since march due to covid. I had to download the wells fargo app to my cell phone and take pictures of my pay check just to deposit it into my account and that sucks because I have to wait 24 hours for it to post. Plus it looks like they are going to stay closed until January. So if I cancel the card it is going to take at least 2 weeks to get the new card and I won't be able to get fuel and groceries in that time.
