Food Bad For Erections

I never even thought about this until recently really and certain times found an erection would be better and the sensation was more enhanced, sort of thought it maybe some special food I'd eaten but could never work out what it was. Until recently when I'd got this skin problem and cut out cheese to see if this helped, I'd normally eat a pizza a week maybe 2 and cheese most days, well cheese must make a huge difference as for me it certainly has. I discovered that there was some truth in it too with an article on what not to eat if you want a good erection.

BUT NOW I'M GOING TO TRY CUTTING WAY DOWN.
A LOT OF THE FOODS LISTED AS BAD ARE ON MY FAVORITES LIST.
SO I'M GOING TO TRY EATING HEALTHIER.

i don't want to hijack the thread, but there are also medications that kill the urge.

Most men over fifty have prostate problems. All of the pills that help with that also have unwanted sexual side effects.

Three I know of are Tamsulosin, Finasteride and Silodosin. They solve the prostate problems very well but are not exactly benign.

I must be really weird... I think that I'd rather have pizza than an erection if you forced me to choose. Just kidding, well, sort of... I'd say eliminating the foods on the list you linked to would probably be better for anyone's health in general. But I love pizza too much to give it up completely.

So after learning to make an easy crust in the food processor, I just make very small ones for myself. I makes portion control a lot easier than if order in or buy a frozen one. I might still put on some less than healthy toppings, but I try to go for higher-quality options with lower sodium content.

And that might not seem like it'd make that much of a difference, but I think that you'd find the toppings used commercially are processed a lot more and have even more sugar, salt and/or fat than the standard versions. After all, the commercials ones have to last longer before being used and/or withstand things like freezing without losing any flavor.

Yeah its a tough call to what you value the most the great pizza or great wood. I'm now 3 weeks into a no cheese diet and lets say for me its made a huge difference to erections so I'm gonna stay off for now. I WOULD GUESS THAT PIZZA AND CHEESE ARE ONLY THE TIP OF THE ICEBERG, IF EATING CHEESE CAUSES LIMP DICKS.

I did cut down on milk too yeah but found even with ice cream and chocolate still getting much better erections, so putting it down to the cheese really. For me though cheese never made it limp it merely blocked sensation, now its miles more sensitive.

THE EFFECTS OF SMOKING CREEP OVER YOU GRADUALLY.
I SMOKED OVER 40 YEARS.
TRIED GIVING IT UP MANY TIMES.
BECAUSE IT WAS EXPENSIVE.
(BUT NOT AS EXPENSIVE AS IT IS TODAY).
WHEN I STARTED SMOKING, A PACK OF CIGARETTE WAS ABOUT $0.20.
TODAY, A PACK COSTS ABOUT $7.00.

BUT ASIDE FROM THE OBVIOUS EXPENSE, IT CAN MESS UP YOUR HEALTH.
CANCER, ETC.
I HAVE COPD. SO IT'S HARD FOR ME TO BREATHE.
BEFORE I GAVE UP SMOKING, I NEEDED ALBUTEROL SPRAY EACH MORNING, BECAUSE I WOKE UP GASPING FOR BREATH.
AFTER I GAVE UP SMOKING, IT WAS MUCH EASIER TO BREATH, AND I ONLY TAKE ALBUTEROL IN AN EMERGENCY.

THE PROBLEM WITH SMOKING IS THAT YOU ONLY REALIZE THE DAMAGE THAT IT CAN CAUSE AFTER IT HAPPENS.
