Tiny Teen Pass is Ripping Us Off - does TBP Condone This ? I have just tried the trial of All Teen Rev Pass (also known as Tiny Teen Pass. This includes all the Little Summer, Little April (see latest user review by someone else this week !) and the newer sites of Tiny Tyler and Little Bree. I joined for the 2 day trial for $1 and it was appaling. Only 2 little streams from some of the sites, and the page is littered with "Instant Upsells" which has been discussed on here before. Now, I'm already 'wise' to instant upsells and to unchecking cross-sells on the sign up page.....so why did they automatically sign me up to a 3 day trial for some bogus DVD site too ? $10 they charged for that...a total of $11 for rubbish. I did not even get to see the full sites - which I wanted to do - see how many vids there were, check out the quality etc.....and they ripped me off. To rub salt in the wounds....if I hadn't gone to their credit card billing agent and checked the purchase detials, I would not even have been aware of the extra subscription, which would apparently have rebilled after 3 days at $40. This sort of company is disgusting. 1. I definitely, unchecked all the boxes on sign-up. 2. No email was sent to say I'd joined a trial for TWO sites. I had only ONE email, saying I had joined TinyTeenPass but nothing about the more expensive DVD site (and the DVD site was bogus anyways). This is clearly deception...as they don't want you to know about it, so it rebilled after 3 days. 3. The trial was a joke....and the page was littered with instant-upselling links. Something should be done to boycott these sites. I have also had a link saying I have access to a webcam site. I wonder if I will be billed for that in 3 days time ? It has dawned on me how they managed to charge me for the 3 day DVD site access at $10. When I cancelled the $1 2-day trial to TTP, on the cancelation page there was a box that said "Cancel and Send me a DVD". I thought nothing about this.....clearly this is what it was ! However, there was no confirmation or email confirming I had now joined another site. This is basically, then, an "instant upsell" on the cancellation page !!!!! WTF ???? I have had experience of this before though. Another site I joined recently, used "instant upsells" throughout the member area...absolutely disgustingm and they also used them on their cancellation page. I really think credit card processing firms should not allow this instant upselling. There is no express offer and acceptance, and the fact that you rarely know that you've joined a trial, means that they then rob you some more with rebills. Disgraceful. | |

Hi, Sounds good. Make sure you join via the "...$1 2-day trial access..." and particularly note the: 1. instant upsells on the "trial page" 2. leave the "Send me a DVD" box, checked on the cancellation page. then check your credit card account and your "transactions" on their card processing company site. 3. Also note how you do not receive an email to say that you are now signed up for - not a DVD - but trial access to a (really crappy) DVD site, AND it will be rebilled after 3-days ! Well apparently, they will be refunded the 9.99. "The charge of $9.95 is only a pre-authorization to ensure that the credit card used is valid and there is room on the card if ever the membership is upgraded. But we assure you that this is not an actual charge but just a temporary hold on the funds that will usually fall off your bank within 72 hours once the membership has been canceled." ..........is what the credit card processor said...... Sound like bull to me.....9.99 as a check ? No way....and besides they said nothing about the rebill after 3 days for the trial I NEVER signed up to ! so, they would have got 9.99 anyway as I knew nothing about it as no email confirming the trial was sent to me. These dodgy practices are rare...to be fair, but I have come across 2 now, and I only join 1 site every 3 months or so ! Oh well. | |

Sounds like even worse crap than I ran into with Porn Pros. As to your question about "Does TBP condone this?", I think that the simple answer to that is "No". They've de-listed sites when they have confirmed to a reasonable degree that the sites are ripping off people that join the sites - and I can't think of any other site that makes their money from affiliate payments that gives ordinary members of these sites the opportunity to expose the ripoffs - both egregious and ordinary. | |

To be honest though....de-listing is defeating the purpose. I think the comments re: dishonesty should be retained. It is important that we know about these sites..... I often see that "TBP Has Discontinued Its Relationship With This Site".....but this is open to interpretation by the user reading it. TBP cannot say "Because they are Dishonest Scumbags!"... as this would open them up to legal action. So, they should leave the Users' comments as they are, so we can all read them and be in no doubt as to the reason WHY they have been 'banned' or delisted. | |

The same thing is also done with AllTeenRevPass. Thanks to this thread I was looking forward to it, so made sure I unchecked it. However, they also cancel your access as soon as you cancel. So, even though I paid for a full 30 day access, the second I cancelled, I can't login anymore. Highly advise you stay away from. And of course the website they say for customer service doesn't work. | |

Hi all! I wanted to give you an update into our findings on the join and cancellation policies for this site. We signed up for a trial membership a while back and watched everything very closely. While we did not get any erroneous charges to our credit card, we did find their billing practices to be shady at best. Immediately after you join, you're presented with a landing page with a link to login to the member's area. Unfortunately, if you hit the main (large) link, you'll also be hit with an upsell. You'd need to click the smaller link below to login with this upsell. The wording they use is confusing enough that I almost click the upsell link without realizing it. Then, on the cancellation page, there's another pre-checked cross-sale well below the submit button on that form that'd be easy to miss. This is in addition to the two standard cross-sells on the join page of course. Because of this, we've decided to ban all sites from this company. Of course, the pages will stay up on our site, but there will be a large warning, and no reviews or links to the site will be listed at this point. If you have any questions on this, feel free to post here or email us. We only choose to do business with those companies that treat users honestly and fairly as best we can. | |

Good stuff. The 9.99 I referred to was never refunded either ! So, clearly they are also deceiving the credit card processor too. I learned the hard way about instant upsells and cross sells, but sometimes they just push the envelope too far....at which point it is necessary to bring it to the TBP staff's attention. Good to see they are prepared to communicate their distaste to the company, and take action if they are not prepared to "play fair". Good result.....unfortunately, not everyone uses the TBP site....shame, as it would put these types out of business. | |
