Generally I only join the site if there is plenty of good quality latex content, after that, it's how good the pictures are and what sort of quality the videos are. I also look to see if the model or models are well known and look for reviews wherever possible.

I consider it to an extent, if it's overly expensive, it may be because it's a top quality site, if it's cheap it's maybe not worth it or there is a hidden catch.

Downloading all the way. Can't fap to a stream when your offline can you? Plus when you download you can still view it after you leave the site (unless it's restrictive DRM).

No, primarily because it's expensive, and because most DVDs that I would watch I can get online far cheaper and because a lot of DVDs come from the US or European continent, meaning I have to pay extra to get the DVD.
