- no test-phase available
- they focus more on photos than other sites do (as of february 2020, there are more than 300 000 high resolution photos with download-option). I like that fact, but sometimes it was confusing wanting to watch a video but ending up in a picture gallery instead. A clearer separation could fix that.
- not much straight sex, mostly solo-action or lesbian sex

- Models are all exceptionally beautiful.
- the videos definitely focus on the bodies of the models, so mostly everything has a clean style, e.g. a simple white background, like in a photo studio.
- Same goes for any audio-work. If ever, there's only some quiet mood music in the beginning of the videos, which i appreciate.
- Hegre seems to be a rather selective side. They offer fewer models, but present them in a greater variety of videos and photographs, which I think is a good concept.
- What I had already noticed on other sites, also applies to Hegre: For my taste, the videos sometimes just are too perfect. I think i just lacked more naturalness and am still searching for it.
- Given a paid subscription, an alternative site with more variety of models, body forms and actions could be worth thinking about. |

- no big variety in action

soft music of the intro is annoying, music stops when action comes to peak
- Some intros feel way too long
- a few of the girls tend to act for the camera, especially in the beginning. I prefer it more natural.
- there's not much information about the models, i'd like more details about the personalities in front of the camera

- For me, after some time, the site started to get boring. - I missed models with more curves and a generally wider range in bodies and ethnicity as well as a bigger range in different actions.
- The videos come with an intro, which gives some film-like character. Some of them managed to create a nice tension, whereas other intros felt way too long for me. Most annoying thing about the intros for me was the music. I'd definitely prefer real sound of the model instead of soft music.
- I won't extend my subscription, since i prefer porn sites of a wider range of look and content and more natural sex. |

- The registration process was annoying: when refreshing the registration window (because of using an already existing username), system automatically switched from a 1-month subscription to a 3-month subscription, so you had to be careful what you subscribe to.
- difference between „movies“ and „chapters“ in the navigation menu unclear.
- no information about total video-length
- confusing thumbnails before playback |

- Joybear is an award winning porn-site from the UK (e.g. winner of 'feminist porn award 2013')
- the website offers videos with different actions, mainly hetero-sex, three- to foursomes and lesbian sex, most of it soft style.
look seems high-end and professional.
- after a short introduction with the models voice-over giving hints about what to come, action starts quite fast.
- from then on there's usually no more music, only original sound, which i appreciate.
- chapter category is a nice feature, where 6 videos each are assigned to a superior so-called "movie", such as "Sex with friends", "Everyday Turn-Ons" or "Roommate".
- for me, at first I didn't get the structure of 'chapters' and 'movies'. It took me some minutes to figure out, that all 'chapters' belong to different 'movies', but can still only be viewed individually.
since both belong together, i find the division in the navigation menu misleading.
- I also definitely missed information about the video length. It's neither displayed before, nor during playback.
before clicking start on a video, a thumbnail of a different one is shown in the player which i find confusing.
- Even though there are differences in style and themes, you usually see slow, soft sex. If you're into a wider range in practices, Joybear probably isn't the best adress.
- the same goes for the actors: models are mainly slim, trained and shaved. |
