I am getting a marginally reduced rate on all continuations.
My feeling is, it is not regional pricing so much as the site trying to encourage members to remain after one month.

I get the impression they are working towards a brand image, with the format of all their sites being similar.
I think 'Petites' in particular would benefit from this.
At the moment a low update rate is masked by big 'cover' photos for sets & videos.

Too expensive & not enough flexibility.
