i am not really sure if you can read..i chose the refund..you wrote.."LOL you don `t get it this way.." funny you never know what anybody wants from you.
you are totally resistent against critisism.
i am not willing to play youre lousy tricking game any more.
all there is left to say is

and to all the users: stay away from that site. black list that`s where that site belongs to like DENNER said.

as far as i know the supportemail adress is the same as Federico Thy email adress, isn`t it?
therfore there is nothing new about it. if you kept my emails then you would have a clou about all the statements...as far as i have recived youre email i agree with you that the dispute should be solved via email. anyway my opinion stands.

it`S only a trial price but it`s money what will be withdrawn from my credit card. but i think i will contact the epoch support because there are some more strange things going on there (read my next comment)
no click on a salebox - just taking my money- if it would be more then a trial price, then i would have done more against it, because imo that is close to fraud.

k, 4 dl simultan sounds like having the possibility to let dl manager used. i favour dl manager because i klick 15 minutes around all videos i like to have and the have a bunch of 100s of gb dowlnoaded while i can go to sport, watch tv or go to work. that`s the reason why i have terrabites of videos at my hdd`s :o)
