The pricing isn't too confusing these days. Seems like used to they started you out at $30 then it decreased by each month. This one, you reach the low point of pricing in the 3rd month, just a simple $19.95 first month, $14.95 second month, $9.95 third month, then you stay at $9.95 each month from there on out. Once you get to that $9.95 a month for 600 new updates, I think that's when the value of the site really shines.
You've always been the odd man out Messmer! There is a big difference, I do collect certain models. I think with my OCDC, if I just picked scenes here and there without any structure, it would drive me crazy, then I'd be the crazy man out! Agree about Aletta Ocean's implants. While I'm not against implants, especially in the case of models like Sandra Shine, Zafira, where they were realistic with their implants. I think Sandra was a 34C before implants but was sagging in her early 20s, she got implants that she says made her a 36C, what she calls "full" and said some bras are 36D. With Zafira, it was a case of her noticing from all the nude modeling she has done, one of her breasts was larger than the other. So she took the size of the bigger one and had both balanced out. I can understand those situations, but not in Aletta's case. Also, another that went way overboard is Black Angelica. I thought she had near perfect boobs before her implants, very similar to Eve Angel's, then Angelica goes and gets DD.
And there's that difference in us in the mature section of models. I should mention that I saw some really attractive Asian mature models on the Idols 69 network, but a lot had the mosaic on them. A few of those were in their 50s and I found them attractive. Once I near 60s, that's my mom's age and that's too far for me. And I like glam, similar to my next highest scoring site being Twistys and I remember you didn't like it that well.
Did you ever look at FTV? They have the glam thing too, but they do have a lot of amateur models. I had mentioned in the forum that I've been on an exhibitionism kick lately, they do that a lot, which is probably as far from glam as one can get since there is no studio, often spontaneous, though it can get boring at times since you sometimes watch a 10 minute video to see a handful of nudity flashes. Before the split, if I remember correctly, one of the DP sites wasn't included with 21 Sextury, believe it was DP Fanatics that was a loyalty site. While I'm not a huge fan of DPs, I am a huge fan of Simony Diamond and they had quite a bit of her content on it. I was however a fan of Zoliboy, not his new stuff, but those first 2 years of content on his site has a lot of rare rough/extreme content of some of the more glam models. My closest review I could compare to was of Club Sandy in summer 2010 since it had became a network at that point and the score was 94. With the 21 Sextury network the same content of the old Club Sandy network plus about 10 other sites and better navigation. Once I figured out the navigation on this network and how to use the filters, it made the network almost perfect for me. I wish other networks would consider putting a search with filters like this one.
I'm not a fan of the gynecological shots either. One of the things I should have mentioned in my earlier reply, I also reviewed both Pix and Video and Club Sandy in the low 90s in 2007 on here. So they've consistently been high scorers for me. Those two sites in particular were standalone sites in 2007, but I used to join with the two combined for $45 a month because those two have a nice blend of glam/softcore/midcore/hardcore. I really think those three teen sites they have add a lot. I think one way to see how highly I've thought of these sites is to look at the old individual reviews I did of them. Pix and Video a 92 in July 2009 and Club Sandy a 94 in July 2010. The Pix and Video PU score suffers from being reviewed during the time period when they were having their server issues. I was even surprised by the TBP review since TBP only scores the network an 89, but also scores Pix and Video, by itself, an 88.5. That's why I think a network like this one is hard to review since it's hard to determine how to balance all these sites and scores out. To me, having 10 sites that I would rate 85 or up all included in one package is the most I could ask for.
Oh and yeah, I've been a member many times in the past, just not through the network. Some of my first reviews here on PU were of Club Sandy and Pix and Video, which were $30 a month each back then. With so many updates though, they keep me coming back.
Didn't have room for video quality breakdown and these may not be completely right since I don't have time to scan through the exact dates. Starting in 2006 the videos all jumped to DVD quality or higher. In 2008 they were all the way over to HD quality. In 2010, all the way to Blu Ray quality.
I see that the others answered your question. It's definitely just people who have the same Internet Provider I have. It's a pretty big American cable company. It turned into more of a joking situation with cable tech guy who called. He said that once a person went over 1 TB of data transferred in a month they had been looking into the usage to make sure this large amount downloaded/uploaded wasn't pirated mainstream movies/music/file sharing. The irony of it all, the cable company had just given all high speed internet users a boost in speed up to 30M and I'm downloading at 2000-2500 kb/s. I seriously doubt I'll hit that limit again and don't really know if that limit is going to be imposed or if they're just using it to try and catch pirates. Once I told him I had legally purchased porn, he laughed about it and said he understood and "would make a note of the activity being legal".
I'm really not for sure what site you are looking at. I'm currently in the Club Sandy members area and there are no drop down menus anywhere in it. Step by step on finding models on it. You click a little tab at the top that says "models". This brings up 48 models on the page. You can then specify whether you want them listed alphabetically or by rating. It reorganizes those 48 to your preference. At the bottom below the 48 is 2, 3, 4, 5 and so on, clicking each brings up the next 48. Over on the far left side of the page there is an alphabet. You click the letter and it brings up the first 48 models with that letter to start their name. Honestly, not a drop down menu in sight on the site.
On a few of those sites you named as favorites, Magic Blondes, Flexy Pussy, add one I always liked Open Air Pleasures, those sites content came from Pix and Video and Club Sandy. It's really not bad at all in the members section. The models now have their own page with clickable name and clickable number of scenes on whatever site you are on. If you click the model's name, it brings up all of her available content on the network sites you have access to. If you click the number, just the content available on that particular site in the network.
I still haven't tried it out, but have been meaning to. One thing I wanted to mention is that Zoliboy is one of the original 21st Sextury sites. The newer content is a bit extreme for my taste, but the older 2004-early 2007 is some of the best content they have on the network. The older content plays to him being a real porn assistant. Just updating this, I did it with Mofos and was able to get Epoch after the 1st declined error on the wrong expiry date. Once inside Mofos it does not include downloads. I added downloads and it also billed through Epoch so I was happy with that. It came out to around $25 with downloads and easy cancel with Epoch. This is what I did wrong yesterday and maybe it depends on the browser.
Once declined, I made another wrong change, but it didn't seem to recognize the change immediately. It wasn't even registering a click on my name (on the declined page). I changed the date to another wrong one and sat there for a few seconds before hitting submit. It worked on the third try. I just wasn't being patient.
Which leads to another possible problem. If you upgrade to the downloads package does it also go through Epoch or do they send it to ProBiller?
I have tried the trick (used to use it on Bang Bros), multiple times on ProBiller sites and it just says, "Your payment has been declined" and doesn't send me to a secondary biller.
They put me on hold as soon as the chat connected and it took so long for the guy to come back the chat was warning me it was going to close due to inactivity. So, I sent a message, "This is going to close". He immediately replied and said he would turn the inactivity part off.
I gave him my information. He told me to give him a second, he was looking it up. Another ten minutes passed and the chat said it was going to close due to inactivity. By that point, I was pissed off and replied, "Does it take that long to find an account?" He immediately replied and apologized. He said they were having computer issues and used the inactivity warning he supposedly turned off as proof.
For the next 5-10 minutes he sent 1 message about every 2 minutes including, "Look at this promo I found for you." I replied "No". He held off and came back with another promo. I told him I was sick of this shit to cancel my fucking account and keep his damned promos. He "apologized" for the inconvenience and said it was cancelled. I didn't receive a cancellation notice. A few days later, they charged me again. I went back on the chat and told them not to put me on hold, no promos, fix the payment they had illegally taken. Whoever this person was said they were sorry and fixed it. I haven't joined one of their sites since.
Hey Messmer, that brings an interesting laugh out of me. I once heard of a site years ago that would give anyone who was reviewing the site, a different membership than those who bought memberships, so the reviews would be very high, but the work they put into the actual member site, very low.
Not that I think that is the case, but I do think browsers can play a part in problems. I do know that American Vice, DVD site with 5 free tokens for download for a free trial almost never works at all with any browser except IE. I generally use Firefox, and am using it right now. If I'm not using it, I use Flock, which is a new variation of Firefox that makes my sports blogging a lot easier.
You can still see the updates if your subscription ran out. Go to the main page and click, "New Releases". It will let you see all of the updates without logging in.
With the download speed, that one really doesn't make much sense. You're listed from Canada, I'm from the US, so we shouldn't see a big difference in download speeds, though if you ever want to see the difference locations can make on download speeds, go to speedtest.net and click one of the pyramids far from your location, make note of your speed, then do one closer to you and you can see the difference.
Here is an example of mine.
When I use the Los Angeles test, my download speed is 9,981, my connection is 10M, so that is almost exact.
When I use the Johannesburg, South Africa test, my download speed is 4,792 which is less than half the speed I was getting with the Los Angeles test.
Even worse, I just tried connecting to Calgary, and only got 2,355 download speed. I never realized there was this big of difference. I'm not for sure where Adult Movie Club is located, but those few tests makes me think that could be a problem that you are having with the speed. Just not making a good connection with their server. I also tried connecting with King Rupert, Canada but only got a 4,100 speed with it. Truthfully, anywhere I try to connect, I get a better speed with than the Canadian test sites. I actually got a higher speed connecting with Europe on one than I get connecting to Los Angeles, which is about 20 minutes from where I am.

Hey messmer, I didn't really have that many major problems with this site. There are probably a couple of reasons, though. For one, I noticed that you and Denner both had trouble with the streaming video. I don't use streaming video. Most of my porn is downloaded at work on a portable hard drive, that I bring home with me and transfer to my main computer. So that one doesn't apply to me. I also don't stream videos because it gives the webmasters the false idea that we prefer streaming over downloading, see Viv Thomas Videos, where he seriously considered going to stream only, because he noticed more people were streaming than downloading.
Some of the other small glitches were fixed by switching to the Flock browser, which is a new variant of Firefox. It is a "media" heavy browser. One thing that I don't think some people realize is when you select to stream a video, especially if it doesn't work well, this will cause your browser to be unstable until you either close it or get the attempted connection to break. Similar to having say 3 or 4 videos downloading at the same time, it is going to make your experience, slower and less responsive.
The biggest reason though, I didn't join the site as I explained in another reply to use it the way I would a site like Videobox. I joined it to supplement my collection since it had videos that I had never been able to get before. That probably would cause the experience to change as well, since I only downloaded maybe 5 or 6 clips per day.
Last, I would also wonder about our locations. I have trouble on some sites that others don't, like say sites based out of Russia, a lot of the members have no trouble with these sites, where as I have a ton of connection problems, connecting from the USA. I did drop the score a few points, but I had trouble dropping it much because there is a lot of rare content on there that I can't get anywhere else. Sorry to you and Denner for having so much trouble with it though.
I had noticed the TBP review as well, but also noticed they updated the site facts to say no DRM.
I have a general rule that won't let me join more than one DVD site at a time. I can't believe I have porn rules that I abide by! I don't think it is a challenger yet to VB, but if you like Combat Zone or Fifth Element studios, I do think it is worth joining for a month to get those DVDs. Besides those, they have many little minor problems that need to be worked out, as Monahan mentioned, a lot of the scenes don't have model names, so you can't find all of the scenes of a particular model unless you know the name of the DVD titles.
It still, to me, is probably the 2nd best DVD site behind VB. I am a huge fan of VB, so it took a lot for me to say could challenge VB. As far as recurring membership, no, I have only recurred with VB, when it comes to DVD only sites, and won't with this one until they tweak all of the navigation issues.
