Head's up - I had another billing from one of the Lansky sites. This time it was Vixen. I haven't been a member there for many months and a $99 charged showed up on my card. I really don't think this is the biller's issue. I think Vixen (and the other Lansky sites that billed me months after I cancelled) are doing this on purpose.

When I had my issues with the it appeared that the problem was with the site itself and not the biller. For some reason the sites (it happened with more than one membership) kicked through a re-join even though I hadn't been a member for over a month and had successfully cancelled. The biller I had was VXS Bill and they were really helpful. If you haven't done so already, give them a call.
Also, please let us know how you make out. While there are lot of different porn interests here the one common interest we all share is any information or warnings on billing problems.

You need to contact the billing agent and explain the situation: that you are unable to get service, that you cancelled your membership, and are still being billed.
If nothing else, you should not be billed again.
And, you should be able to cancel past payments, if you have an email or documentation that you cancelled your membership.
You didn't specify who the billing agent is.
Look at your credit card statement: that should give you the name of the billing agent, and a contact point (telephone number, web site URL).
Contact the PU staff. They might be able to offer help on the issue. But you will need to give details on the billing agent, and maybe some of your membership details (login name, whatever).

I absolutely agree. I used to love this site but the restrictions on downloads, and the outrageous pricing for additional scenes has put me off.
Perhaps the owner will have a rethink once the membership numbers dwindle...

I totally agree as I stated this in my review. The site charges $31.95 a month (rebilling) or $39.95 a month nonrecurring. Who would pay $40 to not even be allowed to save a photo let alone a video?
If you wish to download, you can sign up for $85.95 for 90 days (recurring). You still have to wait the time allotted before you can download anything. Is the site worth $86? I would have to say no.
Edited to add: If you join for only one month you have the privilege to purchase a video and/or a photoset. I saw the prices and they are quite expensive at $54 for a video. That equals to $86 for a single video!

Going to the cancel page, I see the cancel membership option listed as a "knowledgebase" entry but when you click that entry, it gives you the option of the 4 payment processors they use. Clicking those takes you to the respective cancel page.

Burning Angel is a Fame site and while they make it easy to join they certainly make it a thorough pain in the ass to cancel. You can do it online but they make that hard, and the fact that you couldn't find out how demonstrates that. I always retain the confirmation email because that will direct you to one of several site that the company uses for cancellation purposes. Once you go to the right site then you start a complex process. Fame has some great site so I really don't understand why they need to make is so hard for members to come and go.

Can't speak for this site but I have been a member of both the entire network and a few individuals sites and all their sites tend to offer a brand of porn that is not really awful and not really great. It sort of vacillate between the two. If I had to pick one word to describe it than it would be "bland".

I opened a request for help with the technical support team at Bang Bros. According to the customer service rep she opened an "escalated" request for help. It's been 5 days and i've heard NOTHING from them.
(see my comment above from 11/28/13).
I've tried calling their support number at 1 877 731-6065. I get nothing but recorded messages. What is wrong with these people? If I were to shit on my clients/customers the way they (Bang Bros) does i'd be out of business and/or in jail. Somehow these a$$holes get away with it.
Shame on TBU for giving these crooks your complicit support.

I'm sorry for your ordeal because what you are telling me is old news for me. I joined Rage story two years ago and they were doing the same practice then as well. I gave the site a very low rating but I notice that you can't see it on the TBP page. My suggestion for you is that in the future you should look up the parent company on TBP and see if any of the other sites have a review on TBP and/or PU. If they do then check the score and what the reviewer writes about the sister site. I've found over the years that if a company has a bad site then it's likely that most of all their others sites are just as bad.
